Hii we got a 10 day visit for my family and our anniversary. From 21-31 May. Firstly we emailed them 3 times explaining it's our wedding anniversary pls prepare something special for us, but got No response from the Customer relations team. Even thou the email sent requested that I would pay for any services. What a waste of emails!! Secondly we had a guest arrive from another hotel but was greeted with such a bad attitude from the front security staff, and In the end waited nearly 20 mins and was asked by the rude male security for her passport, who in the right frame of mind carry's there passport with them. Please have some compassion and kindness to arriving guests as the rudeness & nastiness is not hospitality at all, and train there staff in manners and kindness as it doesn't cost anything to be nice. Thirdly we was outside having lunch and I requested the staff for a Non alcoholic rainbow drink and non alcoholic mojito but to my shock they bring a alcoholic mojito. My husband had a taste but to his shock alcohol was present. This is not acceptable and breaks all our rules. This hotel needs to look at there present policy's and train there staff in knowing what they are serving to there guest. And to top this up we get room service come to our room to drop a bottle of alcohol to us, .... What kind of service and manners does the management have knowing we are non drinking they bring a big bottle of alcohol to our room. In the service from this hotel is unacceptable and disappointing for my family and I will be telling all my friends, well wishers and family about all these incidents & never to book this hotel as it fails in a lot of instances. read more

We stayed at the Delphin Imperial for a week with our 5 year old boys and with older parents. Overall stay was good. The location, the room condition and the hotel was brilliant. The staff were friendly. There were lots of Russian, German guests staying when we were there. They came to there to drink only, you will see lots of drunk people during the day. The food is OK, not the best. Its hard to get a reservation for one of the a la carte restaurants. The beach is OK too, doesn't have the best sand but kids liked it. We stayed one of the superior rooms with beach view, it has a large balcony and 2 separate bedrooms. The room we stayed at was big and comfortable, I highly recommend the 2 bedroom suites if you travel with kids. The hotel lob is really comfortable, the customer service is great, as soon as you sit somewhere, there is always someone asking if you want to drink or eat. Because everything is included with your stay, you don't need to carry a credit card or cash. One thing annoyed me, you need to wear a bracelet everyday you stayed there. Because the beach front it open, people from other hotel can access to the hotel easily, I think that's why they asked you to wear a bracelet all the time. I didn't like that, but you got used to it. Pools have enough space and you can find a seat anytime during the day, of course most people like to put their towels to reserve the seats from 6 am, ask hotel staff to help you find a seat, they will enforce a rule not to put towels if you are not in the pool area. After i read all high rates reviews i thought this is one of best in Antalya but unfortunately Delphin Imperial is clearly over rated. Currently i am still staying in the hotel and today is my 3rd day and tried probably about 10 different drink but i couldnt have any of good quality alcoholic beverage. All cocktails are watery and taste like poor quality juice. So your best bet is bottle beer or wine. Breakfast and dinner are just average quality as well. At the beginning you will impress because of tones of different dishes and option but after you try several you just realize none of them really delicious or tasty from bottom to the top. Desserts are looks yummy and fancy but taste gross, all cheeses taste almost like same, they serve orange pulp instead of orange juice, i couldnt even have a cold drink since i came, even in the room/mini bar. Also complex is not very modern and well designed, which is looks really impressive and fancy n the photos/web. Also all pools are crowded except relax pool which is i like. Good things about this hotel, mini bar is free and they refill every day and a la carte restaurants are free so doesn't cost you anything and I think there is 8 different concept is waiting for you. So dont forget to reserve your spot every day morning otherwise you won't find any available a la carte, i think A la Cartes are best thing about Imperial. Also they serve fresh personalized pizza, turkish doner/gyro and several different snacks n all over complex all day long. Didnt really see it but If you have children they have nice Aqua Park. Also view from my balcony was really nice. After all i dont think i will ever come to any Delphin Hotel again, delphin imperial is one of most expensive all inclusive hotel but you dont get what you pay for, if you ever been in a good Hotel, you already know what to expect, if its your first time, sure you will love it. read more

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in. There are a lot of services there. I didn't particularly like the things in the buffet however there was a wide variety and quite a bit to choose from. The desserts were amazing, and they looked great. They tasted as good as it looked. The staff were very friendly and polite and all of my questions were answered. Outside, the hotel has a series of lights that look amazing. There were also a lot of pools (I think 4) and overall my experience in the hotel was amazing. I stayed there for a week. read more
