Food so good, we returned a week later to try more of the menu. The highlight of the first visit was the pasta made in a whole wheel of Parmigiano. Pure theater but so yummy. Also yummy was the cream of mushroom soup. Made from scratch, a far cry from the canned stuff. We must have been on a mushroom kick because we also ordered the porcini mushroom ravioli. On the 2nd visit, ordered the soup again despite the hot weather. Also got a couple of pizzas. Dough was so light and fluffy that I even ate the crust. Still dreaming of the 'za topped with Parma ham and gorgonzola cheese. Only issue was we got lost trying to find the restaurant on the 1st visit. Address and front door is on 1 street but the parking lot and more practical back entrance is on a different parallel road. It was a new restaurant and GPS got us close but kept us circling a few times before we realized the problem. read more
