I have had a unit at this facility for over 2 years and I recently moved out and I want everyone to…read moreknow how incredibly wonderful the management and the facility is. I was unable to use their payment portal but every month I was able to text Gloria the manager and she would run my card with no problem. She has always been excited accommodating and upon move out allowed me extra time without charging me for the month and even assisted my guys when they were finished. Thank you Gloria and word of mouth spreads quickly in this small town so be ready to book a lot of units. I will definitely keep you and everything you've done for me In my heart. She was always polite, professional, kind and provided excellent customer service! There was a temporary problem with the gate, however, I never had an issue gaining entrance as Gloria was able to immediately assist! I felt the monthly rate was reasonable for the large unit and the property was always clean and well maintained! I highly recommend Lake Mini Storage!

She is the only person you can talk to for anything you need when it comes to your storage unit. And she is 100% unhelpful. I recently closed my storage room Because I just don't want to deal with her customer service or the fact that their gate code is always broken and you can never seem to get onto this property. Worst storage place I've ever used, will not use again. highly recommend you look somewhere else. literally any other storage place. And on top of everything, she refused to send my security deposit to my current address. If the owner is reading this, you should probably replace Gloria. She seems to hate working with people and has terrible communication.

i feel i must say something so no one else get screwed like i did…read more this place looks nice clean and friendly but let me tell you --run dont stop-- this place has mice in it for one thing and worst of all they will rob you blind with charges. 25.00 to throw trash out. late fees sky high. they will raise your rent triple with a 30 day notice. when moving out they will charge you an extra 30 days. will not help you out in any way just money hungry company that will charge you and charge you . i would not lie to you they even accused me of staying over night in my unit.and trust me i would stay in my mercedes before i stayed with the mice. and downtown storage in isabella is even worse same company same owners and management team. i have had a lot of storage's and these two are the biggest crooks ever. **********my advice is do not do it you will regret it trust me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!**********
