There is an over-reliance on dressings but they gladly serve the burgers without. Great choices of toppings, including my favorite combo of blue cheese and bacon. The fries are thick steak fries-style but cooked well and not mealy. The shakes are fantastic. They have ribs and a steak sandwich too but the burgers are clearly the stars. I hope to see thin-cut fries and a few more choices added to the menu, but if you are craving a high-end American-style burger then this is as good as I've found in Norway since first visiting in 1994. Our waiter for the evening, Martin could not have been nicer. He took our orders of a burger, mussels and chicken tenders for our daughter. They all tasted great! My favorite, however, was the complimentary bread basket, with the most delicious, soft bread with sun-dried tomatoes, a side of soft butter in olive oil and a sprinkling of sea salt and chili flakes. He also gave us a complimentary amuse bouche - salmon on a cucumber with crema and roe. Again, delicious and refreshing. The mussels came in a green curry sauce with a julienned veggies and Thai red chilis. The fries on the side were crisped to perfection as was the spicy mayo it came with. They have an extensive wine selection. As a New Yorker, I value a good wine bar scene with ambience but the prices here/ Norway are no joke. It came with a ton of fries (despite the fact we asked for the salad instead of the fries) that were pretty greasy but what you'd expect from a hamburger place. I didn't see anyone serving pizza so my guess is they're better known for their burgers. There was another place in the area so it seems to be a franchise.
