Out of the 5 machines I brought in, 3 were recycled and 2 were bought by Sean. He told me exactly how much each machine was worth (part by part), and also told me how much he would sell them for. After we came to an agreement, he wrote me a check right there in the store! No hassle! The rest of the staff is very friendly and professional--all three employees I spoke with answered all my questions honestly and with clarity. They will work with you no matter how technologically inept you are. I had no idea my computers were worth anything. After I was given an initial quote, BitRemedy adjusted it in my favor after we discovered some parts were worth more. There is also a good selection of used and refurbished machines in the shop, and even though I was not planning on buy anything new, I will definitely come back when I'm planning to! With that receipt you go into this office on the other side of their warehouse and then they give you the money according to what the receipt says. Tip: check their website. They have information on pricing, and also coupons!!! Can it get any better than that? Not sure...! Everyone was nice and cordial. There's plenty of parking, and it's a quick stop in general.
