With that receipt you go into this office on the other side of their warehouse and then they give you the money according to what the receipt says. Tip: check their website. After discussing the possible scenarios of what could have happened and what my options were, he was able use some of the equipment there to get the screen working again at no charge! I was able to take the laptop home and move the data to a hard drive. I'm very thankful for their help and would definitely go back for future computer issues.
