They had it one week. They had to wipe it twice to get rid of the virus and put on great antivirus software which alone is $60 for the year. Since cost was a big concern at the time I called around to try to see if I could find a decent deal anywhere. I called maybe 3 other places before I found Dan, and after he offered to take my laptop in that evening for about half the hourly rate of the bigger retail places, I immediately took my system to him. Within a week(probably would have been days if not for the shipping delay) he had a very reasonably priced SSD with the same amount of space as my old HDD, with Windows already formatted and all of my videos and pictures saved to the new drive AND gave me texts/updates along every step of the process. He took so much care to make sure any files that could be saved were saved, which turned out to be a lot more than I expected, and my laptop runs faster and smoother than ever, faster even than the first time I used it. I couldn't be happier with the experience. The only disappointing thing is this guy isn't higher on Google search! PC/Laptops told me I had to provide my own replacement drive and I guarantee they wouldn't have put nearly the amount of effort and consideration that Dan did.
