The first tech that came out said that the door was installed backwards and that a new door had to be ordered to fix the problem. Before leaving he informed me that a follow-up appointment would be scheduled. The second technician showed up on the day of the follow-up appointment. To my surprise he didn't have a new door and acted like he was completely oblivious to what the first technician had told me. So he went ahead and installed the handle on the same door using new holes and then left. A few weeks later the handle came off again. So again I called them to come out and fix the door. I spoke with a lady name Sherry and informed her what had happened and told her they needed to bring a new door. The third technician showed up to the appointment and he too didn't have a new door. He went and looked at the door and agreed that a new door had to be installed. I just attempted to call their corporate headquarters in Sandford FL during their posted business hours only to get a machine telling me to call back during normal business hours... I honestly don't know how a company can stay in business when this is how they interact with customers. My advice if you are looking for a company to purchase and install doors is to look elsewhere!

We had been living in our home for about a year, and the garage door was starting to act out. We…read morecalled Central Valley overhead door because they left their sticker on the inside of the garage door because they serviced it in the past when the pervious owner lived here. For the past two weeks our door was giving us problems because it would only open a quarter of the way and then stop, then when you would push the button in the garage to get it open again and it would close then open half way this time, but if you use the clicker in the car or the button that you used to program the opener to your car it opened everytime... well not this time, it opened 3/4 of the way and then it stopped then as I was backing into my garage and I hit the top of the garage door. After I hit the garage door, it really act out. I Called Central Valley overhead door and they came out the next day and they did inform us that we would have to replace the whole system eventually, but in the mean time they replaced the clicker in the garage and service the motor, and added another metal brace to fix the dipping in the door and where I hit it with car. They also hammered out the dent to the best of their abilities. I know some day we will have to replace it but for now it works great, better than before, and they were reasonable priced!
