I saw that she did my pathway and garage for additional also and wish she didn't do it. I didn't know I was going to see all of these imperfections after all of it. First this I noticed was the holes, I let them know after and she told me after contacting "many" concrete specialists, that the concrete wasn't "mixed well" then I started examining the whole driveway and saw even more imperfections. She told me this is the reason they take before and after pictures. I know that my driveway didn't have all these marks and holes. She argued with me back and forth and were willing to fix in their words the "micro holes". I had to defend the people who did my driveway plus myself. She wanted to have her , her husband and their concrete guy to be there and fix it. I said no because I don't have the mental capacity to go back and forth with 3 individuals against just me. I completely regret using them. I'm glad other people had better experiences. UPDATE: All pictures were after the pressure washing. All the marks are marks from the pressure washer. Alina is still trying to argue through this review. Alina was only willing to fix the holes on the driveway after I showed her more marks from the pressure washer that she left. After all the arguing, I felt uncomfortable for Alina, her husband and someone else to come by and tell me that the person who did my driveway did a bad job. They did refund me, but it will cost more to fix all the imperfections she left. This is my experience on their service.

When he left I put out a Facebook advertisment for him, describing my experiance and giving him a glowing recommendation! Then the rains came..... I had one gutter on my two story home which is pretty much hidden behind a chimney, it was one that was previously plugged and was still overflowing during the storm. I called Troy when the weather eased and let him know he missed one, that I needed him to come back and clear this one gutter. He said he wanted $120 to come back out, inspect the gutter and decide if my issue was something he overlooked or if it was due to the storm. It took 20+years for that gutter to plug the first time, but only one storm this time?.... Wierd! Anyway, Dude told me to go to hell and my homeowners ladder isn't tall enough for me to do it myself. His website states "Satisfaction Guaranteed" but he obviously he doesn't mean it. We used a drone and inspected all the gutters on my house. Troy and his guy did an excellent job! On all but one..... He told me he would contact the office to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, that is where the experience went downhill. After four days without hearing anything, I texted Ross to ask whether someone would be contacting me to schedule the appointment. He responded that he would take care of it right away. Two more days passed before he finally offered September 4, which I agreed to. September 4 came and went, and no one showed up or contacted me. The panel cleaning never took place, and Ross has since stopped responding to my calls and messages. Based on the company's positive reviews, I initially had the impression that this was a reputable company. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. If scheduling a basic appointment is this difficult, I would be hesitant to trust the company with the actual service. I would recommend considering another company rather than spending your time trying to get an appointment scheduled.
