We were on our way south - coming from Thurso. There are many viewpoints on the way. The glens and scenery are just really breathtaking in this area. Needed to stretch my legs quick, so I stopped by this layby here - Layby 80. It only holds a handful of cars, but nobody else was there that day. It offers some nice views of the area. The glens, the green hills and mountains. It's a pretty sight - and there are so many amzing spots in Scotland - that's why I always love to come back. This stop here is fine for a quick break and a few pics. Not a must-do though...but if you got a few extra minutes. read more
