Subsequently, we found our she had fairly advanced terminal cancer. The level of care and kindness shown by the entire staff (thanks, Kelly, Nedra, Michael) really touched our hearts. It's not the fanciest place I've seen, but the kindness, love and level of care mean that your loved one will be well taken care of. Our mom ended up in hospice, and eventually passed away in January, 2020. Throughout her suffering and our grief, the staff was kind, supportive and always helpful. They took most excellent care of her, both physically and emotionally. Thanks to all of you.

I needed…read moreassistance getting to and from daily chemo and radiation therapy sessions and help with chores of daily living. The agency's performance exceeded my expectations. Their caregivers always arrived on time and were excellent companions who helped me withstand the rigors of a very difficult treatment protocol. The agency's management staff was also very easy to work with. Services and charges were clearly explained and the scheduling office went above and beyond in accommodating the inevitable changes in my treatment plans. Should I require caregiver services again in the future, I will definitely turn to Husky. I have already recommended the agency to several friends who are seeking senior care help.

Update: Loved one released today. New facility wanted to look at records and Mtn View had NOT…read morefurnished the records to the new facility. The new team finally got records noted and called us about: "Resistance to care". This notation was never updated from his stroke on 3/30 - he was admitted at Mtn. View in mid April - no updates in 45 days on this chart mention. Yes, he had resistance to care - that was the case for about a week to 10 days after his stroke on 3/30. Mtn View kept this on his chart after 45 days of admittance with Zero updates, thus we had to explain to the new provider. The new place thinks he may be resisting care! A Disjointed facility with some exception such as the Speech Therapist, excellent. At Mtn View we get two opinions from two staff members and another opinion from another 3rd staff member. No cohesive uniformed rolled up decisions - poor weekly communication if any. Mtn View should look at Fields or other upgraded local facilities vs. it's unappealing worn out shoe with no laces appearance. They told us they have a broken down medical bus and it might not make it to the physician's appointment but they would be sure he would get there the next day as Mtn View had scheduled the appt weeks prior. Then they canceled his appointment a few hours later without notifying his family and rescheduled for another week out. His physician was displeased with their empowered decisions and texted us: "I'm not aware of a facility bing able to cancel medical appointments for patients at their facilities. That seems like a huge liability on their end" - quoted verbatim directly from his physician. The in house personnel who made this decision and I have a recorded conversation starts with the letter "M" I will leave her name out at this at this point. Now, one other upside (the reason for two stars) is one of his medical conditions did improve which means proper in house medical care. However, on the whole, we would advise RUN, don't Walk.

I went to visit a family member a few times and i heard people calling and yelling for help and none of the staff would help or even come to check and make sure they were okay. They left patients sitting in their own pee and poop for almost an hour while they stood around the nurse station just talking. People's clothes go missing and when it's brought up nothing is done to help find and return the missing clothes when if they have the name and room number on the clothes!! Absolutely will NEVER bring a family member here again it's such a horrible place for people who need the help and need to be here. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I asked them to send her to Providence, they said she just needed to drink more water. I called 911 and had her sent to Prov. The ER doc told the nurse to give her narcan, she immediately woke up. We thank the owners and well managed staff and highly recommend Better Days as an excellent Adult Family Home. To support this recommendation I've provided below some examples of where we started and how Better Days has supported and improved his health journey. When transferred from the hospital my husband was bed bound. to the point of needing a Hoyer Lift to move him from the bed to a wheelchair. He also needed assistance with almost every aspect of living. Any type of therapy seemed out of reach. Since moving into Better Days His multiple conditions have stabilized better than in the hospital and better than in the skilled nursing facility. We've said good bye to the Hoyer Lift. He is spending hours out of bed in the living room and is less dependent on others for self care. A big part of this has been stabilizing his medication; a process of making many minor adjustments to several meds with the help of his PCP. With input from the caregivers, Eme (the owner) communicated frequently with the PCP and "doggedly" yet professionally followed up to make sure the patient received what was needed from change orders or orders for new meds, plus orders for equipment, and other services. The owner, an experienced RN, is either on site or in phone contact with staff daily. When on site she spends time with each resident to understand and support their goals, including helping with therapy exercises and ensures caregivers do the same. Caregivers proactively reach out to her for clarification and direction, knowing she is available and quick to follow through if needed. The caregivers have adopted the collaborative methods when helping the residents. This creates a very positive living environment for the residents. Especially with complicated medical situations it "takes a village" to sustain the appropriate level of care.. Where to begin.... so I got a dui in 2018. 2019 it makes its way through the court system, and by July 2020 I graduated from an inpatient program, therefore satisfying the last of the treatment requirements. Court has confirmed "all treatment requirements effectively terminated". Ok, great. I got that out of the way because although I never had a driver's license, I knew I would someday. Well that someday came, and with my lawyer's help & guidance, after passing the written and driving test I was issued my first ever license in December 2023. This part is important. Like not even a month later I get a letter from the dol saying my license was being hard suspended for 30 days for old tickets catching up, ok bet. Fair. Between you & me, I'm honestly surprised it wasn't longer. At the end of the 30 days I go to pay the reissue fee, and now all of a sudden I'm "not in compliance with treatment" ??!! After some digging, and weeks of back and forth with the DOL I find out it's because someone at ERC must've found out I got my license and were not having it for some reason, so they dug up (and I do mean they had to dig for these records) an old assessment that I had done during a jail commitment after I graduated inpatient treatment in 2020 and sent it off to the DOL just DAYS before I received my license. Because of the DOL's 7-10 business day processing time I was able to get my license. No fucking way that is a coincidence. Because I'm now showing 'not in compliance' my license is suspended until they either send off a treatment report that I'm "in compliance", retract their bogus ass 5 year old assessment, or go get a new one and start the process all fucking over again somewhere else. I have been going back and forth between ERC and the DOL for over a month now. I've hired counsel just to deal with this so I no longer feel like I am talking to a wall. Today I called once again to try and clear this up, and now they're saying they have no (ZERO) record of me ever being there! Are you fucking kidding me!! Then retract your god damn bogus fucking assessment so I can get my license! I graduated inpatient, there is nothing to be "in compliance" with anymore, as I am not a client of theirs and havent been for yearsss! I'm so beyond frustrated, they have royally fucked me over. To staff at ERC- If the actions you have taken were under the discretion of Dep. Peter Teske as a personal or professional favor, know you WILL have to answer for this. The state AND county, as well as the city of Everett are currently embroiled in a lawsuit because of that deputies utter lack of regard for the scope of his duties. Involve yourselves with this mess if you want to. I'm sure that'll look fantastic next to the Federal fraud investigation into your parent company.

First it took almost 3 weeks to get my results..HUGE red flag! When I did, they informed me that I tested positive for FENTANYL! I've NEVER done that crap a day in my life! And not only did I come back positive but I was told that if I wanted to resest,(it had been 18 days at this point) that my levels were so fricken high that I could retest without jeopardizing the accuracy of test, no problem!!! Needless to say I lost my job and obviously they couldn't care less and obviously the test was "performance accurately" and obviously their staff and testing department people perform their jobs with the "highest integrity " and all the bullcrap their clearly going to say. I know there are so many others that had the same or similar experience and im sorry to everyone who's life was derailed due to the lack of integrity and the lack of compassion and carelessness these people have knowing there's whole families at stake and they treat it like their making cheeseburgers at McDonald's. SHAME on everyone there at Evergreen Recovery and you know who you are. Go ANYWHERE but here. This company needs a hard deepdive done by someone because they are ruining people's lives and feel perfectly fine with doing so. I'm just greatful it was a job at stake and not cps/my child.
