Needed something light but flavorful without weighing me down. Got in there right when they opened and it clean, comfortable, with a few items from home. I ordered the chicken pho and my wife went for the beef. Each sip of the broth cleansed the pallette and the meat was cooked well. The noodles are actually imported from France so you don't get those nasty noodles that you may have encountered if you've had pho at some other places. The beef is tender, the broth is filling and the spicy sauce makes your mouth water(if you like spicy, which I do!). This place is relatively new and the prices are reasonable for Madrid. At 8€ a bowl it's definitely worth your money if you're craving some authentic pho. I would definitely recommend this place. P.S. the bowl of pho also comes with meatballs but I prefer just the beef. I ordered the Mussaman curry with chicken, and was delighted to find that the curry was also full of fresh veggies: eggplant, BRUSSEL SPROUTS, zucchini, carrots, bell peppers, etc. Rice does not automatically come with the curry, so be sure to order a side of the jasmine rice to go with your meal! The curry is enough for 2 meals, and the leftovers the next day were just as good. My friends also got another curry and the chicken satay and were very impressed. The Techno music is loud so just be aware of that. I loved it and couldn't stop dancing in my seat. It is first come first serve. Regis told me to go as soon as they opened. Even then, we got one of the last seatings by the bar where all the action is. It was so much fun seeing all the chefs and sous chefs shouting and working in harmony. Our server was amazing in recommending many of the dishes and drinks. I also got a kick out of their cool straight jacket chef's attire. One word to describe the food here; it is very avant-garde (Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Singapore). Our favorite dish of the night was the Vieira Asada (scallop with a green sauce). Honestly, I don't think you will go wrong with any of the items on the menu. Love how they describe each dish as they present it to you.
