The owner, Tsetsi, was highly recommended by a plumber that had done work for us. Tsetsi completed our master bathroom remodel as well as renovation of 4 other bathrooms in the house. The quality of work was excellent. He did a beautiful job redesigning the master bath shower. The tile work he did in the master bath shower and around the bathtub was exceptionally beautiful. He also tiled floors in three of the other bathrooms and they are all equally as nice. His attention to detail was impressive. Tetsi also recommended other tradesmen for work on the job such as a plumber, electrician, and a company that we worked with to have quartz countertops installed in each bathroom. The quality of these people was also exceptional. Of note, each of them commented to me about the high quality of Tsetsi's work, and how easy he is to work with. Tsetsi has repaired boards on our deck, managed and built supports under the deck for a hot tub, painted cabinets, built shelves, and things I can't even remember. He can make just about anything happen. The communication with Tsetsi is the best I have had with someone who worked on my house. This was especially important because the house being worked on is three hours from our full-time residence. It was reassuring that he kept in close contact. He was willing to do anything we asked, and he was able to figure out what needed to be done. The cost and timeline were right on target. Tetsi and his workers were respectful of our house and cleaned up after the work was done. We highly recommend TBH Home Solutions for just about any project on a house. We called Keith, he gave us an estimate on the spot and said he'd do it the next day. Hired! His team did an outstanding job. Keith is very respectful, listens well, offers professional insights with various options for solutions, and he fulfills his commitments. They worked over 15 hrs to complete the job, even after I added work by asking to replace two toilets, not a problem at all. Truly great customer service. Hired through Thumbtack for Chris to lay new flooring in a small laundry room and add shelving…read more This room is very small. The first day it took Chris 3.5 hours and he only did 2/3 of the flooring. He told me I needed two boxes of flooring but then reported he needed to go buy a 3rd box. I was quoted the job would be 6 hours total and would be $455 at completion. When I received the invoice it was for $655 I questioned the changed and Emily the wife reported she miscalculated. I voiced my concern with the amount of time it took to lay flooring, no acknowledge was made about the excessive time. I also noticed in a photo Chris had laid the flooring over the dryer vent. I asked about this and Emily responded saying Chris needed a sharper blade to cut the hole neatly. I have attached photos. The hole is very sloppy. Additionally Chris was supposed to reuse my trim but after he put a hole in the wall and destroyed the trim. I had to purchase more. He used mud to patch the hole but didn't sand it nor paint it. This does not look like professional work and when I shared my complaints with them they ignored me. I do NOT recommend this company.
