There was one person ahead of me and two available dryers so I figured I would be able to dry them, no problem. One of the dryers was spinning continuously, and the machine noted it as being in use, but it wasn't working and couldn't be stopped. The other wasn't working at all. I wasn't able to dry before close, so I had to hang my laundry dry and wash it again someplace else. I tried to start one of the machines before realizing it wasn't working. The machine took my money and wouldn't return it. Now my hotel room smells like a terrible disinfectant and I wasted my money. I should have listened to the bad reviews.

A big complaint I have is that while there was English instructions on how to buy a laundry card there weren't English instructions for using the machines. What you do is put in 5, 10, or 20 euro bill and press 8 then enter. Load your machine, insert your card back in the original machine in the slot with a blue light, select the number of the washer you are using, finally press 1, 2, 3, or 4 for the heat. Usually 3 will do and 1 or 2 are supposed to be quite hot. That's it your done. The machines add soap automatically and the WiFi password is on your receipt. The dryer is 1.60 euros.

We had a decent size load, so ended up paying for another dry cycle. Automated machine required exact change (per taped on sign), and there is no money changer, so bring your coins.
