Really terrible. I washed a load of laundry, starting a little over a hour before close. The…read moredetergent clearly wasn't rinsed all the way out, it smelled terrible, like a very strong disinfectant. I tried to dry it. There was one person ahead of me and two available dryers so I figured I would be able to dry them, no problem. One of the dryers was spinning continuously, and the machine noted it as being in use, but it wasn't working and couldn't be stopped. The other wasn't working at all. I wasn't able to dry before close, so I had to hang my laundry dry and wash it again someplace else. I tried to start one of the machines before realizing it wasn't working. The machine took my money and wouldn't return it. Now my hotel room smells like a terrible disinfectant and I wasted my money. I should have listened to the bad reviews.

When we visited this new location, we were greeted by the owner, Victor, who showed us around the place and helped us navigate the Speed Queen operations, which includes an app that allows you to check the availability of machines before showing up and provides discounts. This is now our go-to location. The price might be a little higher than in other places, but the efficiency of the machines, especially the dryers, means you're not spending money for multiple spins. Facility…read morewas clean, and the woman attending the laundry (I don't get the sense she is there full-time, FWIW), was very pleasant. Wash with soap was 5€; dryer was 2€ for 15 mins. We had a decent size load, so ended up paying for another dry cycle. Automated machine required exact change (per taped on sign), and there is no money changer, so bring your coins. Facility had 3 dryers (1 out of service) and 5 washing machines. They did a fine job washing/ drying our clothes. Cheers! RS
