It was great to get photos of my son, in special outfits, as a family, and separate as newborn. We are going in tomorrow for Smash Cake pictures for his first birthday. I wouldn't trust anyone more than her family during this time, she was a former nurse so she is well aware of safety and she works well with children. She made the best of the fact that the courthouse made us keep her camera in the courtroom, so we had to be creative with photos in that one room. Pretty fast turnaround, we received the photos in less than three weeks. Good pricing too, since all we wanted was an hour photo session, not an all-day wedding package. Whatever happened to 'the customer is always right'? Moreover, his unprofessional handling of my case transpired despite the fact I was not seeking a refund or discount which I made clear when returning his gear. I would be exceptionally cautious renting from Field and Frame were I you, and make sure to check your rental items under a magnifying lens with camera snapshots to document any flaws before setting foot out the door. Find an alternative, better yet. It would be natural for most to fall back on the statement that this is simply part and parcel renting in some place like Albuquerque, but I have had a generally good impression of this city and have had a bad rental experience in Los Angeles before. Avoid F&F, it's a rental house of last resort. You've been warned!
