Also they could not recommend anyone that was still doing it. So I wen on line and was lucky to find Masterpiece Video Productions. Suzanne DeWolf (proprietor) still did this. I brought my VHS to Suzannes address and she was very sympathetic to my wife's passing and very friendly. She took my VHS and I requested to have 6 DVD's made. Within a week I had them all. We were amazed at how quickly they turned that around, after shooting so many hours of footage the night before. When I first saw the Highlight video, I was so thrilled, I couldn't wait to share it with my husband that night! Their editing is fantastic, the music choices are original and thoughtful, the cinematography is fabulous! This will be a perfect way to remember the day for years to come! The whole Latimer crew is very friendly and easy-going. Laura knows how to interact with the subjects while she is photographing to get you to smile and look your best. Dan and Lori do the right thing by blending into the crowd while taking video. They were all very professional. Dan showed organization and dedication by scouting out the church and reception locations the day prior. The equipment is also very impressive, up-to-date and high tech (as you can see on their blog). We appreciated that Daniel was flexible about the type of media to use for sharing the video with our family - Blu-ray, DVD or web-based were options. They also make it super easy to book, tell them about the wedding plan, and pay for their services. Everything is online, even signing the contract, which was cool.
