This place has been hands down the worst medical facility I've ever experienced. They are a disorganized, rude mess, at least that was my experience. I lived an hour away and twice I showed for scheduled appointments that "Vanished". When they wouldn't lose my appointments, I would have to wait over an hour past my appointment time before being seen, Each time there would be no heads up from the staff to let you know about the pending wait. Their service was so bad, I felt compelled to come back here, literally years after the fact, just to make sure to share my experience and warn others.

Since the daily pain persisted into September, I made an appointment with my GP, who recommended physical therapy. After 5 weeks, without any improvement, I still could not lift my arm above shoulder height, I saw Dr. Cohen. He immediately diagnosed my problem (rotator cuff out of alignment) and adjusted my body. The results are amazing, first off, my daily pain has now subsided, and I am able to reach my arm across my body, and over my head, something I could not do last week. He did such a great job, and I'm very thankful for his knowledge and technique for putting me back together, pain free!!! I have visited many physicians' offices, received numerous x-rays, and tried physical therapy and at home stretching. While this was helpful, the discomfort would always return. Dr. Cohen was able to identify which organ the root of my discomfort was coming from, and got me back aligned within one visit using accupuncture and his expertise. On September, 23 my brother did blood work on a Monday and always had an office visit several days later. When I called a week or so later I was told he was to have a physical, not an office visit. This has never been the case... I am his Healthcare. Power of Attorney so I knew that was not correct and nobody had told me. I asked about his blood work to be told it was incomplete. I asked why I was told to call Lab Corp to see what the hold-up was. I called Lab Corpor only to be told the sample received was not usable and they had advised the doctor's office. The Lady also explained they should have given me a call to schedule more blood work. I called Dr. Baccerra's office back and was told to bring him in. The CBC was done and no call to advise of the results. I again visited the doctor's office and asked why I wasn't called with the results. It was written on the blood work to make sure POA got a copy. Today was his office visit they still saying physical was for the visit. I told Dr. Baccerra that there was a mix-up and discussed the issues I had from the previous interaction with his office. He began to tell me in so many words that I was wrong about the blood work. When I finally pinned him on the fact that I was right. He proceeded to discharge my brother from his practice. And became some what combative and accusing me of being rude. I asked for better clarification for the mix-up. I couldn't believe he would discharge a 73-year-old patient. Instead of an apology, he became angrier. and because he wasn't telling the truth he rather discharge my brother. I got his license number and left the office. My goal was to ensure my brother got the best care due to his age. If you are not satisfied with a doctor's explanation you can ask them to clarify. If they discharge you that is not the practice for you. Please locate a doctor who takes your concerns seriously.

I would highly recommend his services to anyone faced with requiring a breast biopsy or breast cancer surgery. The only thing that prevented me from giving this practice 5 stars is the fact that you have to be prepared to wait at every appointment. Give yourself an extra 2 hours to your appointment time. Even when I get here 20 minutes prior to my appointment, it seems they double book and it is always a very long wait. Dr. Habal does give you his undivided and un-rushed attention once you get In to see him. Hopefully they will improve the patient waiting time. I would still use them again.
