I had a great Vida-Flo visit! Rob was a pleasure to work with and I enjoyed my conversation with my nurse - but she politely gave me my space when I was ready to relax during the treatment. I liked the setup of the TVs with the comfortable reclining chairs. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I had the ReVIDAlizer Intro package and added in one of the boosters. I came in feeling like a cold was coming on - I definitely felt a lot better after the service. I'm also pretty excited to try out the CBD patch I bought as well. read more

I usually try to be fair with my reviews but honestly I think I got ripped off!! I walked in because I was curious what vida- flow was and I spoke with Robert Gibb / owner -front desk at the time . He explained to me that they had a program where you automatically paid $50 a month and could come in anytime and that the program will roll over the services I explained to him that I had a very busy schedule and it could change day to day , so I was never sure the day I would get the services done it could be in between clients or just a walk in. He explained to me that there was no problem and that the monthly program allowed me to come in as I pleased. I came in a couple times and really I had a hard time nailing down what My body required just because they have vitamins but I don't know exactly what my body needs so I was just buying what came with the package and added extra vitamins +$50 being around $100 per session I felt I needed them but one of the things that I was so hesitant about doing this because they really don't do any type of blood and see what you're lacking , so you're just getting what you think you need which could be a good or a bad thing. A couple months pass by And because now we are very close to the holiday I had to travel overseas for 10 days come back clients and I was Basically unable to make an appointment to come in to get the vitamins also I had changed my bank card, and I have not gotten any email regarding me not having a card on file so I assumed everything was fine. I deal with a lot of people in my profession so I usually tell my clients when Im doing something or you know girl talk advice here and there so one of my clients decided to come join me to go to vida -flo , and when I walk in and To speak to the reception ,she told me I had no Services in the system, I knew that I Had gotten charged for one and because of my busy schedule and my clients I couldn't make it in so when I Told her I needed to update my card and then I believe I had one service left she said my service had expired and that she was going to call the owner and ask them about the services. After calling Robert he said there was nothing he could be done but they have a policy stating that if you don't come in you lose your services, I honestly did not see any thing regarding this policy on the walls on the paper I was not notified I didn't get an email when I signed up I did not sign a waiver saying that I would give my services away after I had paid for them I honestly felt that I had been robbed ! The Reseptionist Was acting as if I was wrong trying to get the service I payed for and still asked me to give her my debit card to put in their system so I could be charged for the services . I told her I would never come back to this place and that what they did was unfair and I felt I was cheated out of my money. My client who was right next to me was also claiming that when she signed up for the monthly she never saw , signed or they told her that there was an expiration on her services. Honestly I don't think it fair or Professional. I'm sad that there still people out there not doing the right thing, everybody works hard for their money but for them to cheat and not let the clients know is unacceptable! read more

I signed up for a monthly membership back in February when this Vida-Flo location opened and have had nothing but good experiences. The nurses have always been friendly and the treatment rooms are comfy and relaxing. I typically just do one of the pre-set vitamin mixes included in the membership and find that they usually fulfill whatever I'm looking for (there is one for headaches & pain, one for stomach issues, general/pre-drinking hydration, etc). Scheduling is usually very easy as my schedule changes a lot and they have always been accommodating with last minute request or cancellations. read more

I have been coming to this Vida-Flo location for almost a year now and only have positive things to say. All of the nurses that have performed my treatment have been wonderful, willing to answer any questions, and attentive throughout my entire visit whenever I come in for treatment. I did my first vida-flo treatment and it was AWESOME! I am a little squeamish with needles so I was a little nervous, but it ended up being a breeze! The nurse was so calming and the place was SUPER clean. They also had really comfy chairs, TVs, and a blanket for me when I felt chilly! I am a mom of 2 toddlers so a little me-time that makes me feel energized and makes my skin look like a million bucks, YES PLEASE! I will def be back! read more

The facility was wonderful--very relaxing and safe. The TVs and reclining chairs made the experience very comfortable. The receptionist was outstanding and our nurse made friendly conversation while still completing her duties efficiently. We loved the way we felt after receiving the revitalizer and add ons. My girlfriend has issues with leaky gut and she feels that her body absorbed the vitamins and nutrients more effectively intravenously. It was 100% worth it and we are now considering a membership! read more
