What's frustrating is that there was no follow-up, reminder, or outreach while the monthly charges continued. I take responsibility for not catching it sooner, but it's still disappointing how easy it is for costs to add up without any engagement from the business. I've also made multiple attempts to contact them without success, and their phone system is not helpful.
