If I could leave zero stars, I would. This woman prepared my sister's tax return. Let's start with…read morethe fact that she, although my sister had given her all the paperwork on time, never filed an extension for her. I had to jump in at the last minute and file the extension. She gave no reason for not getting it done. Next, we had sold a family home and the gain from the sale was put in the wrong state. It should've been NY and she put it in New Jersey. Which screwed up both state returns. She also never took the credit for the solar panels she put on her house or a deducted for long term health care she pays. Previous to this return she had also made a mistake and my sister waited quite a long time to get her refund back. My best advise to anyone considering this tax service is to find someone else.

I have a copy of my return signed 3/13/2014. He said he would send my returns Electronically , he did Not. I got a Notice from the IRS for late Filing. He then tells me he will call the IRS he never did. When I confront him After speaking to the IRS he send me a notice that says he filed ON 4-7-2014 which is late. And tells me to call him back at another time he is to BUSY. Worst account in the world I ever dealt with NO stars you have to be crazy to use his service the WORST.
