The big difference was that at the old location they had their own gun range. Their new facility is located at a County operated gun range. It's an outdoor range. At the new location they have more open space and they're able to display their inventory . In their new space, there is a workshop in which the gunsmith Marcelo has his gunsmith shop. He is an excellent gunsmith and very knowledgeable about firearms in general. I have used him several times with excellent results. Jeff Morelock, the proprietor, is a former police officer with many years of experience, and he and his staff offer concealed carry permit training, weapons and self-defense training (including some Krav Maga). Jeff has trained over 2000 students for concealed carry permits Their CCW permit class is very good. I've received training in multiple states, and always appreciate when instructors have LE experience. I believe they provide an insight into the wide range of practical/legal self defense issues, and often provide real-life examples they have experienced to shed light on the subject. As their firearm sales are online-oriented, they do not focus on having physical inventory. But shopping their website, and more specifically signing up for their email list, their prices are fair and service is good. The email list will also keep you up to date on advanced training opportunities that Jeff and his associates offer. I highly recommended Jeff's training for anyone interested in all aspects of self defense.

The selection of firearms is really nice and when they don't have something they've always been a convenient FFL. I am a member, and while I think the range could use some modest modernization, I also realize it is a shooting range and doesn't bother me a bit. They keep the range clean, well stocked with targets and they are always there to assist if needed. I think overall the membership fee more than fair and FFA provides great value.

From the moment you walk in, the customer service is on another level. The staff somehow manages to help you before you even realize you need help. Looking at a firearm for more than three seconds? Someone is already there with helpful info. Thinking about ammo? Boom--recommendations appear like they've read your mind. The selection of firearms is honestly beautiful. I'm talking about the kind of display that makes you stop and admire the craftsmanship for a minute before remembering why you walked in. Everything is well organized, well maintained, and clearly handled by people who genuinely respect the equipment and the sport. What really sets this range apart, though, is the staff. These are not just employees--they're trained professionals who clearly know their craft. They're attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without being condescending, and they treat every customer with the same level of loyalty and respect. It doesn't matter who you are or how much experience you have--everyone is welcomed and helped the same way. And somehow they manage to do all of this while keeping the atmosphere friendly, relaxed, and even a little fun. It's rare to find a place that balances professionalism, safety, and great humor all at once, but this range pulls it off. If great service, knowledgeable staff, and a fantastic selection are what you're looking for, this place absolutely nails it. Honestly, the only real danger here is that you'll want to come back way more often than you planned.
