When called out about it claimed he told Crystal not to, but the guys were on their way to wrap up (no one showed up). I did call my credit card company to dispute the charge because the work had not been completed and STILL is NOT. For those counting, it is 9 days after they fraudulently charged my card and work is not complete. Only communicate through text to have documentation of all of the false promises.

Had he built the fence to ACTUAL state standards, we would have not had an issue. After MONTHS of back and forth with Kody, he told me there was family issues, then weather issues and then every excuse in the book when he would actually speak with me.
