We went into the garage office and they referred us to someone that was supposed to be the supervisor Bill he is a total jerk that my daughter graduated did not care that we paid $10 when it was supposed to be free he did not care that she had her ID and that she was a graduate and was promised free parking, he also did not care when I told him I was going to put a negative on social media. He told me to go right ahead. He did not care if you are the supervisor or executive at this garage. It's in a great location and easy access to so many places that it blows my mind. Once you take your ticket, you bring it with you and before you leave you go to the kiosk in the lobby and pay. If you are coming from the Mount Auburn Street side, then turn right as soon as you past Wusong Road Tiki Bar. The parking lot gets very full on Sundays since it's free. On weekdays, it gets packed but you may be able to find an open spot here and there. You don't actually need to display your ticket on dashboard, you just need to save it just in case. They take credit cards or quarters.
