She then drove to her dads house down the road and he noticed the transmission plug was missing! They called the store owner he was very rude and he said that you can't prove we didn't put it back in, but he said bring it back and we will fill it back up for you. My friends transmission had to be replaced due to there poor workmanship and failure to stand behind their work at Ken's Pit Stop. I called him today and he said that it has been to long to take any legal action. Very interesting for an owner to be saying to a person who was trying to help her friend out! Rather than immediately saying yes, they actually told him it really wasn't necessary for a while. Also, I heard them looking online to order parts and talked about how cheap one of them was and how expensive another one was, but then saw a good quality part, at a very reasonable price and ordered it. There's not many mechanics around now that would be that honest. The owner walked in, and I told him how much I appreciated how I was treated and how he treated the other customers. I thanked him for donating to our non-profit. They've been in business since 1984, and in a small town like Delta, that says a lot. If I need mechanical work, I will definitely be going there again.

I'll be going back in the next month or so to have some more work done when I can afford it. Everyone at Fraser is a true professional, no time wasted, no pressure to sell you things you don't need, they finished on time and on budget, no surprises at the end. And I drove off confident that A. They had done and excellent job, and B.
