Moving from Texas, I had wonderful & trustworthy professionals who washed & detailed my car…read morebeautifully with a fair pricing. I called around & felt disenchanted as the prices presented were 2 1/2 times what I paid & I have yet to know quality of service, attention to detail, trust & respect for a car which is much loved as "Frida" is... After about 15 heart shattering phone calls of pricing which shall not do on a nurse's budget; I received a prompt call back with a more than agreeable quote for wash of exterior & interior vacuum & clean!! Scared, yet hopeful, I booked my first service.. First off, my schedule is next to impossible to work with as I work nights & sleep depravity never exists & request off hours. We chose a time & chose a wash & interior vacuum & spiffy it up thing? I love shiny, I expect shiny although I just expect people realize these things innately; most people do not read into my sparkle telepathy.. I went into REM sleep mode & we agreed to Venmo & pricing & awoke to magnificence of my darling Frida so pretty and sparkly with no detail untouched that I am certain she would be the Belle of the Ball in a shiny gunmetal grey dress with subtle sparkles!! Winter struck & affected by SADD, never ending, salt, snow & ice; my Frida seemed disheveled, caring too much much sodium internally, muddy & disheveled & lost!!!!! A week ago, we planned an arrangement so, I could sleep & awake to sparkle in the sun! Above & beyond, my dear, darling Friends. Went above what was allocated & got all the salt stains out of her carpets & detoxed from winter's annihilating blows!!! Once again sparkly, spectacular & with no angst or worry! One more addendum, I scraped the side of my car on my carport & cried but, without hesitation as I slept, I woke up to no scratch at all left & sparkly!!! Cannot say enough BUT, this is the ONE, I hate to say it but, to date, the best detail, beautification, precision, professionalism as well as more than fair pricing! BOOM' Winning!!!!

O.K. wrap job on my 4Runner, but definitely not worth the premium price. I decided to pay more to…read morework with Louis since he told me they'd do an awesome job. Communication started out great, but the project took a week and a half longer than promised, with him waiting until the end of the day to tell me it wasn't ready yet. That happened for several days, and we even drove an hour to pick it up one day, and he told me it still wasn't ready. When I finally got it back, the wrap itself looked O.K.. The front and back were patched together instead of all one piece, so it doesn't look great up close. I was understanding since he said the wrap was difficult to work with. He also didn't wrap the front valence that I requested, and the custom decal he said he could print was completely the wrong size. He also charged me to take off and install a new bumper, even though they would have to take off and reinstall it anyways. But these things were no big deal, whatever. The worst part was that several parts of my car were reassembled incorrectly -- missing screws in all the wheel wells, missing tabs under the hood, loose mirror, disconnected fog lights, side panels popped out, foam support piece inside my bumper missing, even a piece that flew off while driving. I was honestly worried about driving it with all these issues. They did fix the issues a couple weeks later, but it was a huge hassle. A year later, my back window stopped rolling up. The dealership said whoever put together my hatch installed it incorrectly with pieces put on wrong or just missing. Reached out to Louis, and he said he did the install himself and it was right. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience for the cost. I paid over $5,100 and was expecting a near perfect job for this price. Attaching pictures of most of the issues + the wrap job on the front and back.

I went to pick it up only to discover that they installed the brush guard obviously crooked and the hood was still lopsided, among other things. I asked them if they even checked it and they said "oops, we must have missed that." So they have it for another 3 weeks after that to do the repair they should have done right in the first place. Finally I come to pick it up but realize they have knocked off the kayak rack, ripped the window tint, left tape and marks on top of the truck, and now the bumper and brush guard are falling off. They refused to refund and they even lied to the BBB when I submitted a complaint. Now I have to take it somewhere else to get it repaired for real - with more damages than before!
