This is not a short two line review. It is a fair and honest review. I was in search of a new…read moredetail service for weekly cleaning on my vehicles. I called Fox Detailing because I was behind his van at a stop light and saw "veteran owned" on the van. I am a supporter of our military and law enforcement so I called. It is important to me that whoever cleans our vehicles does it with attention to detail and uses proper techniques to avoid damaging the paint. We have five vehicles and all of them are extremely expensive. Since my vehicles are washed weekly they never get super dirty. It's really more maintenance. Using a detail service for weekly maintenance is nothing new for me. I've been doing this for a couple of decades. So I do know how to compare service providers. Every provider I have used has been around $75 per vehicle per week, because it is just maintaining a clean vehicle. Fox detailing charged $75 exterior plus $75 for interior. I explained to him that he's double. He went on and on about how much better his quality is. I went ahead and did it with hopes of seeing more. The first detail was fine, not mind blowing, but not bad either. We discussed the high and low points and I decided to continue with him. Next he cleaned my truck and I had to send him images of all the stuff left on the front grill and the windows were spotted horribly bad. He "said" the next exterior on the truck would be free. The next time he cleaned the truck he actually Wrecked it into the house trying to park it. That's a first. Thankfully it was the truck instead of one of the extremely expensive vehicles. It did damage the truck and a little damage to the house. As of me writing this review he has not done anything to fix the damage. The next time he came was awful. As soon as I went to my vehicle I saw how terrible of a job he did. The Windows and paint were filthy. When I told him about it I was shocked by his reply. It quickly went from sorry, I'll make it right to you to I need more time to complaining about the way the detailer before him Solid the ceramic coat. As of this writing, he has still not even come to look at the mess. Instead of coming to even look at the vehicle and correcting the problem he chose to go straight to social media to dog on Me. Going on about me having a million dollars in vehicles and how I expect him to clean my vehicles for $50, which has never been discussed. Then saying if I want this kind of quality I've got to Pay. The "quality" he's talking about is absolutely the worse job I have ever seen a detail company produce AND wrecked vehicles. According to Brad, if you want a nasty car and you want an irresponsible person to wreck your car, that's going to cost you extra. Then ends his rant with name calling. It's amazing how quickly he became the victim and chose to take that narrative to the public square. I could never recommend Fox Detailing. Very immature and does not pay attention to details. I am sure there will be a lawsuit coming. I can't see him being the type of character that would do the right thing.

I made the mistake of buying a car from Carvana (worst experience ever). When it showed up it had…read morea lot of cosmetic damage including scratches, swirls, areas where the clearcoat had been buffed through, and a ton of spots that looked like the car sat under a berry tree for a year. It was low mileage and great mechanically, so I did not want to lose the $2200 in delivery fees returning it. I took it to Toledos, had Cesar look it over and he tested a couple different methods on small spots to see what would work (without charging me). I had full confidence that he could at least make it decent looking, but I was blown away by the difference! What started as dread and regret for my purchase became a vehicle I was happy to drive around in. Of course there were a few spots that nothing could fix, but I think he got 95% or more looking like new. The before pics are at the end (would not let me change them around), but you can see if is an amazing transformation. O.K. wrap job on my 4Runner, but definitely not worth the premium price. I decided to pay more to…read morework with Louis since he told me they'd do an awesome job. Communication started out great, but the project took a week and a half longer than promised, with him waiting until the end of the day to tell me it wasn't ready yet. That happened for several days, and we even drove an hour to pick it up one day, and he told me it still wasn't ready. When I finally got it back, the wrap itself looked O.K.. The front and back were patched together instead of all one piece, so it doesn't look great up close. I was understanding since he said the wrap was difficult to work with. He also didn't wrap the front valence that I requested, and the custom decal he said he could print was completely the wrong size. He also charged me to take off and install a new bumper, even though they would have to take off and reinstall it anyways. But these things were no big deal, whatever. The worst part was that several parts of my car were reassembled incorrectly -- missing screws in all the wheel wells, missing tabs under the hood, loose mirror, disconnected fog lights, side panels popped out, foam support piece inside my bumper missing, even a piece that flew off while driving. I was honestly worried about driving it with all these issues. They did fix the issues a couple weeks later, but it was a huge hassle. A year later, my back window stopped rolling up. The dealership said whoever put together my hatch installed it incorrectly with pieces put on wrong or just missing. Reached out to Louis, and he said he did the install himself and it was right. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience for the cost. I paid over $5,100 and was expecting a near perfect job for this price. Attaching pictures of most of the issues + the wrap job on the front and back.

Visit 1: Everything was paid for by my neighbor who hit my mirror with a bicycle. My car was brought in. At pick up, it was clear that the trim piece had not been replaced as discussed and paid for. When I called I was told that the technician decided on his own that it didn't look damaged so he didn't replace it.... Visit 2: Trim was replaced. However I had to adjust the mirror this time. It was revealed that the mechanics of the mirror were not fixed the first time, as it still couldn't move up or down. It can be assumed that the movement was not checked by the technician before returning the vehicle. Visit 3: The wiring was fixed. However, now at pick up my new trim piece was damaged and scratched up even more from when the bike hit my mirror! (Photos listed). There was no rag or cloth put in between my trim and the tool used to remove the mirror. Resulting in new damage!! Complete lack of care for the vehicle. Visit 4: Shop said they'd purchase me a whole new side mirror set up. This visit they finally replaced it correctly.
