There were two girls working in the back by the dressing rooms and they made me feel very uncomfortable. Specifically when I came out with the bras I had. I was trying to ask where should I put the bras that didn't fit, and before I could finish my sentence the blonde one cut me off, took them and her and the other girl clear as day looked me up and down with smug looks. The staff here are super helpful and very knowledgeable of their products. My plan was to just window shop, but who really does that when you see a SALE?!?! No it wasn't during their semi annual sale which happens around January and June, but those times of year gets stupid busy. This weekend's deal were "buy 2 bras, get one free." Depending on which bras you are comfortable and fits well to your body, they average about $50 a bra. I didn't realize I was wearing the wrong design this whole time because I thought it was "comfortable." The staff measured me and recommended certain brands abs to avoid others. I really appreciate their help and their patience with me because I tried on so many! There's also sales on panties, fragrances, lip Gloss and accessories, I just didn't bother with them. Anissa was very helpful exchanging an item I ordered online. Unfortunately they didn't have the bra in their store so she ordered it for me to be delivered without charge In two days. The store was CRAZY busy with a long line to check out. There wasn't a line in the fitting room. Two employees helped me there. I'm surprised they didn't have enough stock for all the Christmas shoppers. Several other customers were frustrated about the same problem. They usually have great sales. They would not send a new one until they had the damaged item back and I'm not paying more for the product. I used to love Victoria's Secret, but in the last few years I've found myself shopping there less and less. For the quality you receive the prices are kind of high. I'd rather pay more for something better. They also stopped sending the free panty coupons. A few months ago, though, I had a really ridiculous experience that has caused me to avoid the store altogether. The Fashion Place location was updated earlier last year, so I thought I'd check it out. When I walked in something I had bought at another store set off their security alarm. The girl greeting in the front noticed and let me know they'd be happy to remove a tag for me if something was left on one of my purchases. I told her I'd just go back to the original store when I was done shopping there. Great for them, but now starts my annoyance with Victoria's Secret (and this is all locations, not just this one). They are always so busy! The sales associates are constantly harassing you, people are everywhere, you can't just look at something for a minute because you'll be in the way. Next you go to the dressing room and there is almost always a wait. After shopping and trying items on I'd spent almost an hour there, and I was finally ready to make my purchase. And what a surprise, there was a line to check out. This is the worst part of Victoria's Secret. I can't particularly hold it against them that they have a lot of customers in their store, but WHY do they only have two or three cashiers when there are sometimes 15 or 20 people waiting in line? They have two different areas with cash registers, and a million associates on the floor. If it gets busy pull a few of those people off the floor, and in about 10 minutes you'd probably have no lines. I'm sure there is some strategy here to make them seem in demand or whatever, but it's just annoying and poor customer service. Anyways, I was finally ready to leave, and when I walked out the front the security alarm went off again. The same girl who had been greeting stopped me and said she needed to look through my bag. She looked through my VS bag, and then proceeded to search through my other shopping bags, like I had stolen something from there, even though she had heard the alarm go off when I walked in. Not only that, but I know they have no right to search my other bags, I was just in such shock I didn't even think to stop her. I have noticed they have been much more pro-active about security in the last year or so, and good for them, but that doesn't mean you can look through my private purchases made at other stores. So in general I'd give Victoria's Secret three stars, but Fashion Place is definitely a one star. I won't be returning, and it's really turned me off from shopping at any of their locations. read more

I have been in twice in 3 days to buy bras and this store is a hot mess. They overstock the drawers so they are overflowing and it just feels chaotic in there even when it's slow. I got to the register twice and the line is always too long. I asked if they could get a second ringer to get me out the door and the cashier wouldn't even make eye contact with me and said "no, there are only three of us today". The customer service at this location SUCKS. I went in to exchange a white bra I bought (because it had a dime sized black stain on it). They had three more of the same bra and all of them were dirty in one way or another, I just settled for the least filthy one. I called two days ago and placed one of the same bras on hold. The woman who helped me today 1. was on the phone while she helped me 2. was not very kind when it came to informing me that they only hold items for 24 hours. I went to the Victoria's Secret store at Fashion Place Mall during the pandemonium shopping hours close to Xmas and to my pleasant surprise they had all together to the extent possible. Boo. I used to be a huge VS fan, but not so much any more. For as much as they advertise curves and sexiness, they certainly don't cater to curvy women. Horrible!!! I love Victoria Secret but this specific location is the worst! Staff members are SOOOOOOO HORRIBLE!!! I found an item I liked however they did not have it in my size(SM) so I kindly asked an associate if she could see if any other location had it in stock. Associate seemed very annoyed of my request but agreed to do so. The location she stated had the item in stock was 1 hr away but I didn't mind the drive sense i wanted specific item. Item was placed on hold. I then drive to said location to find out that the complete WRONG item was placed on hold and they didn't even have the item in stock and never even recieved it at their location. Advice to this place to prevent further customer frustration VERIFY YOU ARE PLACING THE CORRECT ITEM ON HOLD. I know mistakes happen but the fact that this location did nothing to make it right nor apologized... Nothing at all is ridiculous!!!! Bought some things here while in a rush since my 6yo boy isn't a fan of lingere stores. When I went back to return I met with the manager who was EXTREMELY rude!!! FIrst off, I'm not tiny, but I'm not a big girl either. I'm a size 6 in pants, and 36C in tops. I got snard nasty comments from her about my size and she couldn't believe I was getting a size medium with as big as I was. (I returned because it wasn't flattering on my flat ass, not because it was too small) She also had snide remarks to say about my non-offensive tattoos. When I tried to retort she told me if I didnt like what she had to say than she didnt need to do my returns. I couldnt believe how incredibly nasty, hurtful, and rude she was, bringing me to tears in front of other customers. So much so, that on the way out 2 of the employees stopped to apologize and tell me where the Gateway mall was so that I could continue going to VS. They claimed that their manager was having an 'off' day. I complained to corporate, as well as writing a letter to ksl. I got a response saying that the manager would be going through training again. Didn't seem like enough for me, but I won't be shopping there again. read more

Got a bottle of perfume as a gift for Christmas. When I opened the box I saw that the bottle had leaked. More than half of the bottle was gone! It was clear from the box that the bottle had leaked. I finally had a chance to return the bottle and the male employee informed me in a cold condescending tone as he looked down his nose at me that I would have to PROVE that I purchased it before he would do anything about it. I told him it was a GIFT and he informed me that people should get gift receipts. I thought about giving him the number of the person who bought it for me so that he could call and lecture them about holding onto receipts, but decided to take the higher road. Policy is one thing, being a condescending jerk who seems to be implying that I STOLE from the store is another thing. Perhaps if I had come in wearing Prada instead of my PJ's I would have had a different experience. 0 stars. read more

Honestly the worst Victoria secret store I've been to. I was lied to by the manager. This has happened twice here. Today I tried to return unworn, tagged merchandise and yes, I had the original receipt. The manager told me receipts do not ring up in their system after 90 days, so she would have to give me the lowest selling price for that item even though I had the receipt. The return policy on the back of the receipt clearly states that you will receive the ORIGINAL price paid for the merchandise in store credit, if you have your receipt and it's after 90 days. If you don't have your receipt, you get the lowest selling price. I tried to tell the sales associate that but she got her manager to explain better. The manager did not explain it well at all. She read the receipt but still did not understand that it states the original price. She told me they have to give the lowest price after 90 days, and the computer system won't even let her override the price. She said there was nothing that they can do and I could accept the lowest price (more than half off of what I paid originally.) She was also rude about it I may add. So I left the store after waiting about a half hour in line. I then called corporate to ask them to clarify the return policy for me since I was denied the original price I paid even though I had a receipt. Corporate told me that I read the receipt correctly, and the store handled my return wrong. Corporate said that they can help me, but they would need to talk to the store while I am there, during the return process. I told corporate I left the store already, and they told me to cal them back while I am at the store if this issue happens again. I then went to a different Victoria's Secret about 5 miles away, in Salt Lake City. I talked to the manager right when I got there to explain my issue. She didn't even hesitate to help me and get me the store credit for the original price paid on both items. I didn't even have to call corporate, their manager (at the Gateway VS) was super helpful and accommodating, unlike the manager at the VS in Fashion Place. The cashier was easily able to override the price in the system and give me what I paid - so that just shows the manager at the Fashion Place location lied to me. This happened once before but I didn't not call corporate, I just accepted the lower price. But now I know! I will not becoming to this VS again because the staff is rude and the manager is a liar. read more

Just wanted to say thank you! I have been in V.S. @ Fashion Place a few times in the last month and I always find their employees to be super kind and very helpful! Lyndsey, Kazz, Brenda, Anissa and Kiara have all made my shopping experience amaZing! I had an item on hold for 24 hours, an online return, a special order that needed to be placed online, and a huge purchase to make all in one transaction AND... All during one of their busiest times!!! I felt so bad, cause there was a long line behind me!!! But every single one of them continued to be helpul, patient and kind! Customer service means a lot to me, that being said, I'd also like to acknowledge how much I love shopping at this location!!! The women here do an excellent job! Hope they get a spa day or something awesome because they deserve it! Oh and special thank you to Victoria's Secret in general. Love that they are recycling bras that are still in good condition and are donating them to women in need. Now I wouldn't normally write a review of VS but I need to call out this store for having such wonderful, helpful and honest associates - specifically Miranda (sp?). To make a long story short, my wife lost an expensive pair of sunglasses and after contacting this store (where we thought we may have left them) they indicated that they didn't have them. Fortunately, about a day later they were found and Miranda had remembered that someone was looking for them, tracked down my wife's number and gave her a call. I love helpful, honest and go-the-extra-mile associates they have working at this store. Thank you! Horrible service !!! I got home to see that the girl at checkout had failed to remove one of the sensors from a pair of undies that I had purchased. Not only is it a huge inconvenience to go back to the mall and have them take it off, they made me wait in line. I did not bring the receipt with me because when I've returned things before they looked it up with the card that I used to make my purchase. After waiting 15 mins in line the girl told me that I would have to go over across the way to PINK because it was from the pink line. Are you kidding me ?! That would have been nice to know from the girl in the front of the store who told me to go the checkout line. Maybe she could have asked to see the underwear to guide me in the right direction ?! I told the gal on the way out that they couldn't do it and she said "it's not because it's pink it's because you don't have the receipt"...so let me get this straight. This is your mistake and now you are making me feel like I stole the underwear or something?! Over it ! Tossed the underwear back at her. Not worth my time. Make sure you double and triple check that the dumb girl at the counter removes all sensors !!!! Anyone that has got home and had a sensor left on knows how frustrating this is !!! The whole staff needs to be retrained about what good customer service and decent selling skills look like. Avoiding customers and making them track you down to ask for help is inexcusable. This was the worst shopping experience I and my fiance agreed we have ever had in our entire lifes. I will never patron this location again as a Store Manager in retail myself I pride myself on optimal customer service. I don't think it should ever matter how busy the store is at the time the level of customer service should never drop so drastically... there was NO customer service in this store. No one greeted us in the hour and a half we were in store, I personally had to approach an associate who I later found out was the store manager I asked her where a specific type of bra was and as she walked me over to them told me in a very rude voice that the bra has not been called what I called it for 3 years and pointed at them. All of the associates were having personal conversations standing at panty tables fixing them but not greeting or helping anyone. When I went into the fitting room they had one girl who had about 30 bras over her arm helping everyone in there but did not offer to grab me anything else or do a fitting as thats what I needed, once in the fitting room the floors were absolutely disgusting and there were finger prints all over the back of the door. As exiting no one was around to ask for help. At the registers we were trying to do an exchange and the associate told us since we returned it before for a different size and didnt have the exchange receipt we could only exchange it for the same exact thing the item still had tags on it, we looked for the size we needed and they didn' t even have it she did not offer any help to find it, do an online order, or switch for something in the same price or pay more for a higher ticket item. There was no line seperater so we kept getting butted in line and I saw other people being butted as well. When we returned the other item we were returning she used the walkie to ask the store manager to open a drawer to get her a gift card 4 times and no one came up after she flagged someone else down then the store manager looked up from a panty table and came up and told her she didnt have a walkie on then went right back to her panty table fixing. This place is a joke and needs a solid leader to train the team to be actual customer service reps vs coming to work and hanging out with other associates and fixing panty tables I get it recovery needs to happen but your customers should come first not last even in a Victoria's Secret there is no excuse for this unacceptable ignorance. read more
