When you're coping with poor health, little things like bedside manner make all the difference. But this is all too easily forgotten. The Pharmacy was unstaffed, and after waiting for a couple of minutes I just gave up. The store did seem a little understaffed considering how busy it was at a non-peak time. Prices are a little high, but you have to expect that for a travel location. The store was mostly clean and clutter-free, it was easy to get around, but anything other than that would be rather odd for such a small store. 3* - This store is okay, but due to staffing issues, I would only recommend using this branch if you are in a rush ahead of getting a train, if you have more time the other nearby Boots stores including the one in Victoria Place would be much better.
