I checked in on their terminal. They said they could also take my husband. We were taken in for our pedi's, they were fine, but I felt light on the massage and I wasn't a fan of their color choices. I asked for regular polish, but the tech insisted on gel. While we were getting our pedis, hubby's tech also took care of his mani. When my pedi was done, I asked my tech about my mani and she just kept pointing to her watch and left. I went to the front desk and told them I had been confirmed for a manicure as well and they told me I would need to come back for that. I'm sorry, but if I make the effort to make an appointment I expect to get the services I requested at the time I requested. I know they are new, but they have a lot to work on as far as scheduling. That said, the spa is beautiful, they give you a lovely welcome drink while you wait. I'm afraid that did not make up for my disappointment. I won't be going back.

I contracted Heather's Salon to do hair and makeup for me and my bridal party at my wedding…read more The positives: they arrived on time and took care of everyone as scheduled, and were finished only a little late. We were all happy with how we looked. The negatives: they are very disorganized, which caused unnecessary stress while planning my wedding. For example, I asked them to send me a contract at least three times over as many months before Heather, the owner, sent it. The stylist who did my hair for the wedding didn't remember how we had done it during our trial, even though she had a picture from the trial, and I had to ask her to re-do it on the day of the wedding, which wasted some time. They did not keep track of the deposit I'd made, and were confused on the wedding day as to how much to charge me. Weeks later, one of them called to say they'd forgotten to charge me an extra $100 for coming to the hotel. Ultimately, I was happy with my hair and makeup. But they were not easy to work with.

This is an excellent salon to get your hair done before attending a wedding! I came here to have my…read morehair done in a chignon bun hours before my brother's wedding. The stylist, Ms. Misty, was so kind and thoughtful, it was such a relaxing and wholesome experience. She is delicate with her hands, she asked me a couple questions of why style I was looking for and she nailed it so good! The stylish messy bun lasted well on a sunny windy wedding day. In the evening, I actually took the bun out and just let my hair down and it looked so so good! I got many compliments. If you are planning to attend a wedding and need your hair done, I highly recommend this salon and booking an appointment in advance!

Love, love, love Serindipity Salon in St. Micheals, MD especially Hair Stylist Michelle, herein…read morereferred to as "The Artist!" I call her the artist over a stylist because on each and every visit she has turned my very fine, very curly, somewhat frizzy hair into a beautiful style that perfectly frames my face. I could go on and on about Michelle -even gave me her cell phone, but some of the high points are that she introduces me to the latest products and tool to make my life easier. These tools like the wand, a modified curling iron that bends the hair instead of curling it and this great lightweight oil that helps cut down on frizz that comes as a result of Maryland summertime humidity. Michelle's skills, these products, & the positive energy from this "one little shop" will keep me going back to Serindipity Salon forever! Using Bernstein's photo.

They were super rude to her and me and said too busy. They also then referred her to a salon that is closed. Way to help out someone in need (or at least treat someone with kindness). I am not sure if they thought my mom is old (she's not), or if they're just that rude and mean, but they just lost a good client and her zillion friends. Not to mention, I get my hair cut in NYC by the same stylist who cuts Olivia Palermo's hair, and I'm always asked for a good rec in MD.
