Update: 4/22/2026 I called in order to inquire about if their hours were accurate and spoke to a man on the phone - no name. When I informed him of my experience, he stated "we do this thing called going to a cigar convention. It's once a year. We're here every other day. We didn't open yesterday until noon." I stated that I'm really not one to complain or argue, in fact this is the first review I've ever left. He was extremely flippant and dismissive, as if I'm supposed to know their schedule. Honestly, blown away by this low level of customer service and rudeness. I could maybe expect this from a mom n pop cigar store who couldn't care less. I never expected this from Padrón. Extremely disappointing. If you want a song and dance and to look at pictures on the wall, I guess it's worth stopping by. Otherwise, drive 2 minutes up the street and buy their cigars at Neptune. You'll save money and get the service you'd expect from an established business.
