Either change your hours to accurately reflect when you're open, or be there at 8. Disappointing. Update: 4/22/2026 I called in order to inquire about if their hours were accurate and spoke to a man on the phone - no name. When I informed him of my experience, he stated "we do this thing called going to a cigar convention. It's once a year. We're here every other day. We didn't open yesterday until noon." I stated that I'm really not one to complain or argue, in fact this is the first review I've ever left. He was extremely flippant and dismissive, as if I'm supposed to know their schedule. Honestly, blown away by this low level of customer service and rudeness. I could maybe expect this from a mom n pop cigar store who couldn't care less. I never expected this from Padrón. Extremely disappointing. If you want a song and dance and to look at pictures on the wall, I guess it's worth stopping by. Otherwise, drive 2 minutes up the street and buy their cigars at Neptune. You'll save money and get the service you'd expect from an established business.

Peter Bello and his family have been making cigars for over a 100 years, starting in Cuba then exporting the Cuban seed, combined with the fermentation, curing, blending and rolling techniques pioneer for over 60 years in Cuba they bring to the new world a work of art, if you take a Habano SA and one of Bello side by side you would be hard pressed to make a distinction, not that one is a copy but proudly their unique flavor profile has never been compromised, it's a true Cuban grown in their farms in Estelli. No wonder Arnold Schwarnager said it's his favorite.

Although Cuban cigars are illegal in the United States for political reasons, I was trying to see if I could still get my hands on Cuban puros but after asking around, it became obvious I wouldn't come across any. As I was walking back to the car, I noticed a boutique had a Cuban cigar factory set up inside which made me want to check it out. I was greeted by the owner of the boutique who even educated me on what I should know about puros and ended up buying a lot of his cigars. Thank you for your hospitality!

I bought a hookah from here and they left the hose out of the bag. It was a special hose with a…read moresnake head that I couldn't find anywhere else. When I called, a manager promised he would drive to meet me to give me the hose because I lived too far to go back to the store. Every day that past there was a new excuse of why he could not come meet me. When I bought the hookah I asked the salesman why there was a difference in price of two very similar hookahs and his only answer was "the quality". But was is the smoke quality or the way the hookah parts are made? He didn't know. He was not very knowledgeable. I had to make the decision myself and I had to get on a step ladder to take it down. And when I asked about a coconut shell coal I never heard of his answer of why is it better was once again "the quality". The hookah began to fall apart after three uses. I even had to use tape to close gaps of air because the base did not attach to the stem correctly. Complete waste of $100. Overall they broke a promise and I had to call everyday for a week until I gave up. The hookah had poor quality and they are not knowledgeable about their products. I will never shop here again.
