If you do your research, you will come to understand that your Invisalign result is only as good as the practitioner who prescribes it. I have heard of people having Invisalign treatment designed by their general dentist. This is NOT a good idea. I always seek out experts when it comes to my health. My approach to orthodontia is no different. Dr. Kesselman considered seven possible Invisalign treatment plans for me before deciding on the best course of action for my case. With Invisalign, small things matter. I have no pain, no mouth ulcers, and well-fitting, non-irritating new aligners every ten days. Dr. Kesselman's state-of-the-art imaging equipment and vast experience make the difference. The staff is delightful, the office is bright, modern, and utterly spotless, and somehow they always manage to schedule me at quiet times so I am not in the waiting room with a gaggle of adolescents. Dr. Kesselman is meticulous and thoughtful about every single detail. I could not be more pleased with my treatment at Riverside Orthodontics.

His staff immediately fit us in within a few hours of calling and could not have been any more accommodating. Dr M spent an hour of his time along with two nurses evaluating and treating my daughter's broken braces. He consulted with our LA orthodontist's office as well. The shocker came when things were fixed and we were at the check out desk. He would not charge us for all the work and time. I was stunned and had expectations of happily paying big bucks for the emergency visit. Incredible kindness all around. What a doctor! Truly wanted to help!

This office was sold to a NYC dentist who is listed as in-network at the Old Greenwich location,…read morebut he DOES NOT EVER practice there. They are scamming long-time patients into thinking they are in-network, but when you get your bill, you'll be charged out-of-network prices. The former owner/doctor was in network and when he sold the practice the new owners specifically sent out notification and stated that nothing would change with insurance. They didn't say that none of the doctors in Old Greenwich at Old Greenwich Dental Center (should be NYC Dental Center since that's where the owner/dentist actually practices) are not in-network.

I never had braces and just thought the overcrowding, teeth starting to move over each other, etc was just the undesirable effect of aging :-( Enter Greenwich Braces! They walked me through every part of the process, cheered me on in the beginning when I thought the results were such a long way off (I mean, those projected "after photos"...could they really be that good??) and continued to be supportive every step of the way. Happy to report...Success! I just got everything removed - 2 months earlier than anticipated - and I am more than thrilled! People who don't know me have complimented me on my smile...I feel years younger, and my improved smile supports that. I've always highly recommended Greenwich Braces for kids/teens, but also now for adults...why should our children get all the benefits (and compliments ;-))
