They also suggest invasive and expensive surgeries that you probably don't need. Do not sign anything they put in front of you.... Thankfully I caught on and walked out and went to a different reputable dentist and they took care of my teeth without these predatory tactics. Be careful! There are dentists who will look out for your best interest but this is not one of them. And if you've already come here, get a 2nd opinion. You might be surprised what you find.

They determined that my root canal that was done from my previous dentist went bad and was causing an infection and that the tooth had to be removed. Dr Rools the oral surgeon and his assistant Fey were absolutely amazing they knew how scared I was. Dr Rools and Fey took the time to make sure that I felt calm and I was out of pain. They explained everything to me and kept reassuring me that they would take care of the pain that I was in. They are the best.

The worst part was that my jaw stayed locked for 3-4 weeks. I could open it maybe the size of a Cheeto puff and every movement of my mouth hurt tremendously. I was out of work for most of this time due to the pain and not being able to talk They tried to charge me for the whole bill and I politely asked for small compensation for their mistake. Dr stein said absolutely not and if I chose to go to court there's no chance I would win Eventually we did settle for like a $50 discount on a much larger bill. He was also very condescending on the phone and unpleasant to talk to. After begging them for weeks to provide me with a fix, a dental hygienist put his hands in my mouth and pulled my jaw apart. I have never felt pain like that in my life and he laughed at me while doing it. I genuinely screamed from the pain. 3-4 weeks of eating mashed potato's and struggling to talk. Genuinely one of the worst times of my life. I still think about it often to this day. This is a very predatory and money hungry dental practice. I have not been to a dentist since that surgery because I genuinely feel traumatized. And THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU Please please please do not go to this practice.
