I feel compelled to review Dr. Feeney since the negative review by Natalie, apparently a…read moredisgruntled teen, is the only one out there. the only time I have ever had to wait was when Dr. Feeney and his staff were dealing with a emergency. They apologized greatly and kept me updated. It was less than an hour's wait. That Natalie waited three hours multiple times is hard to understand. I appreciate Dr. Feeney's expertise and great attention to detail. I'd rather have the process take longer than have to repeat it because later in life my teeth moved out of alignment. Furthermore, I like his gentle manner and the courtesy he displays to everyone. On several occasions I have had to call the office because of broken apparatus and have always been able to get in for treatment in a timely fashion. It's too bad that Natalie was so unlucky in her experience of wait times. Never have I heard anyone in the waiting room or in a chair complain about having been there for hours and hours. If you are having your orthodonture done at Dr. Feeney's office, count yourself fortunate that you are getting the best possible treatment.

Multiple times I have come to his office on time and had to wait up to 3 hours before being seen. Once I have been called in it takes another hour in the chair. Dr. Feeney is a "talented" orthodontist but has no time management skills and has no respect for his patients time. He will give you an estimated time an appliance will be in and when that date rolls around, he will change it, not once but multiple times until you are well into adulthood. This is a result of Dr. Feeney's need for perfection which is so extreme it can be labeled an unhealthy obsession. There are very few times when I left his office not in tears. Overall Dr. Feeney is a satisfactory doctor but I would never recommend him to anyone I know (maybe someone I dislike).

I just had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Rissolo and his team. Everything was outstanding from…read morebeginning to end. I called for an emergency consult and they were able to fit me in the same morning. I waited a bit when i got there but was ok with that since i was not on the schedule. Dr. Rissolo came in, took a look and noticed so much swelling, he said he would be able to pull the tooth the same day but i had to go back to work. He rinsed and cleaned the area and prescribed antibiotics so i was comfortable enough for the procedure the next week. Week later (today lol) went back for removal and was extremely nervous, he explained what he was doing every step of the way and made sure i was ok. Explained post procedure care and made sure i was comfortable before i left. I would recommend Dr. Rissolo over and over again!

Dr. Edibam is the worst doctor I've ever seen. He accused me of lying by saying "you're lying"…read moredirectly to my face. Then proceeded to ask me why I'm here if I did not bring a physical CD of my CT SCAN, although I spoke to front desk over the phone and they said to email it and then when I got there to check in, I confirmed again if my imaging was ok and the lady at the front desk said yes. Dr. Edibam said that's not possible that his staff didn't say that and said I'm lying. He then proceeded to yell at me saying there's nothing wrong with me and he can't do anything. Then I explained my symptoms and he said everyone else has the same symptoms. He then laughed at me and said "you were born this way, what do you want me to do?" And I started crying and looked to the medical assistant who was a young female who looked away while standing behind me. I asked her why she is letting the doctor speak to me this way and asked if she was a woman also. She proceeded to leave the room and block the door. I felt very unsafe and he charged me for the visit anyways and when I called to take it off the lady at the front desk said no. Please do not go here. Especially if you're a young female. I'm a young back women and I'm not sure if that's why he was triggered and bullied me as a doctor in the visit. If you are going to go, being your parents or someone Who is able to oversee and step up for you. I reported Dr. Edibam to the state medical board and submitted an investigation with my dental insurance. I don't wish for anyone else to go through this, especially if it was bias or racist.

I have never had Dr. Beeson, but I have heard great things about her. And then there is Dr. Dewaele. First off, he is a DMD. Trained and board certified in Dentistry and also a board certified MD ( medical doctor). He practices general dentistry and cosmetic. Dr. Dewaele is simply the best of the best. I have had A LOT of work over the past 10 years, some minor and some major. I used to put off going to the dentist in fear of the pain and the judgements. But, Dr. Dewale has some magic powers because I have never, not once in my 20 or so procedures, felt pain under his care. Even more so, I have never felt judged. His work is impeccable and he is the most trustworthy dentist. I have never doubted his recommendations for treatment because this is a dentist that cares about his patients AND their wallets. I have gotten to know Dr. D over the years and he is a perfectionist to a T. A quality you definitely want in a dentist! Plus, he is always calm, has a great sense of humor and never makes a big deal (out of what I think might be). He has an equally amazing dental hygienist assistant, Miriam.
