Despite having pain in one specific area, Chris provided a balanced, whole-body experience. I really appreciated the professionalism and respect Chris practiced throughout the entire experience. Pain levels and comfortability were constantly taken into account. The space was private and relaxing. After the massage, Chris talked with me on how to stretch and build strength to manage my injury. The experience was incredibly useful as well as meditative. I will most likely be returning, regardless of how my shoulder is feeling.

I STRONGLY encourage people to not book massages with Keith. He scammed my husband and I out of our…read morehard earned money. In January of 2019, my husband and I each booked a massage package with Keith Andrew Stiles. We had gone to him for massages a few times before and were comfortable and trusting of his work. For the massage package, Keith offered us a heavily discounted rate and in return, asked us to pay in full upfront. He emailed me an invoice and I paid him via Venmo. After fulfilling 50% of the deal, Keith consistently cancelled on us several times, all last minute (within 45 minutes of our appointment) giving one excuse after another. After a month and a half of trying to schedule appointments and Keith cancelling, I was certain that Keith was not going to fulfill the massage service that we paid for in full, so I politely asked for a refund. Keith responded that he did not have the money. Soon after, his cell phone number was no longer in service. I have emailed him three times and have received no response. I reached out to him several times on social media and received no response as well. Recently, I looked him up on the New York State Board of Professions website and he is not currently registered to practice massage therapy. To practice within New York State, a professional must be licensed AND registered.

I used writing and gesture. Payment: accept cash, credit card and Apple and Samsung Pay Tips: Highly recommend 30-40% gratuity in cash. Massasue: Logan Strength: Gentle. He's really good at making you soft and gentle. Weakness: Firmness and roughness. Not enough intensity to ease my pain. Performance: Moderate. Intensity: Moderate Communication: Basic. It's partially my fault because I didn't get a chance to ask which masseuse will be available. I didn't know I could ask for a different person with different skills. I will definitely come back since I have their stamp card which is nice so I can keep coming back and get a half hour free session. Overall, Logan was polite, respectful and attentive. Thanks Logan!

I live right around the corner from this spa and decided to give it a try. I'm a professional, I…read moretake pride in my appearance, and I usually have a massage therapist come to my home. I believe in experiencing a business for myself rather than relying solely on online reviews, so I decided to visit twice before writing this review. Unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. During my first visit, the massage focused almost entirely on my back, with very little attention given to the rest of my body. I repeatedly mentioned that I was still feeling tense and that I needed more work, but nothing changed. About 30 minutes into the session, I decided to stop because I wasn't getting the service I had paid for. When I went to pay, I explained to the gentleman at the front desk that I was dissatisfied with the massage. His response was completely indifferent. There was no apology, no concern, and no attempt to ask what went wrong or make the situation right. That lack of customer service was just as disappointing as the massage itself. Even so, I decided to give the spa a second chance about two weeks later, hoping the first experience was just an isolated incident. Unfortunately, the second visit was almost identical. The massage again felt routine and lacked attention to my individual needs. I left feeling just as tense as when I arrived. What bothered me most was the overall atmosphere. Throughout both visits, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I got the impression that the therapist was reluctant to fully engage in the massage, and although I can't say why, that was honestly how the experience made me feel. A massage should leave a client feeling relaxed, cared for, and comfortable. Instead, I left feeling awkward and dissatisfied. I consider myself someone who is respectful, well-groomed, and professional. I treat people with courtesy and expect the same in return. After giving this business two opportunities, I left feeling disappointed by both the quality of the massages and the lack of concern shown when I expressed my dissatisfaction. I will not be returning.
