She even presented me with an offer with the wrong asking price. I felt pressured when she demanded I sign another offer without previously explaining all the fees and costs involved. She did a sloppy job bringing visitors to my property; most of them came with their own realtors -and eventually, this was the case with the offer I accepted, which increased significantly the realtors' fees. This was especially disappointing since at the very beginning of the process she insisted she would be the one bringing the buyers to avoid an increase in the fees. Unfortunately, I couldn't assist in person to the closing date, and the selling proceeds she estimated before the closing were very different from what I ended up receiving. To make matters worse, after the closing date she decided to stop any communication with me. I never received the seller's statement or any of the numerous documents you sign during the closing. I attempted to contact her multiple times to receive an explanation, or the documents, with no success. To this day, I'm still waiting. Unprofessional attitude and very frustrating experience.
