We got meaningful offers immediately, and selected the best one with her guidance in under a week. AVOID THIS SERVICE. DISCRIMINATORY BEHAVIOR…read more First and foremost. What real estate agent is not aware of the current ADA laws?!?! Is this this man's 1st day?! I had the WORST experience dealing with Victor when attempting to schedule a viewing of a property. He was rude, condescending, judgmental, and dismissive. He interrogated me in the rudest most dismissive manner regarding my disability. And basically told be that even though it's state law regarding disabilities- they don't have to accommodate if they don't want to. Hmmm must have some sort of ableist "I can do whatever I want" license. Then he rudely hung up on me while stating he would call me back. I would NEVER feel comfortable touring a house with this man. He was downright scary. And talk about DISCRIMINATION. ADA exists for a reason. He then continued to text me incessantly after I asked him to communicate via email moving forward. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MAN. He needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and the State of Texas to have his license revoked. If you can not cater to all types of people that are LEGALLY protected by law....you shouldn't be selling houses.

My experience with Tracey Cothran as a real estate agent when selling my property was far from…read morepositive. There were numerous times when she provided me with contradictory information. She even presented me with an offer with the wrong asking price. I felt pressured when she demanded I sign another offer without previously explaining all the fees and costs involved. She did a sloppy job bringing visitors to my property; most of them came with their own realtors -and eventually, this was the case with the offer I accepted, which increased significantly the realtors' fees. This was especially disappointing since at the very beginning of the process she insisted she would be the one bringing the buyers to avoid an increase in the fees. Unfortunately, I couldn't assist in person to the closing date, and the selling proceeds she estimated before the closing were very different from what I ended up receiving. To make matters worse, after the closing date she decided to stop any communication with me. I never received the seller's statement or any of the numerous documents you sign during the closing. I attempted to contact her multiple times to receive an explanation, or the documents, with no success. To this day, I'm still waiting. Unprofessional attitude and very frustrating experience.

Both Kimberly and her team were thorough, professional, and incredibly kind and patient. They bent over backwards to sell my house, under the best terms for us, and in the end everyone was happy. I feel incredibly blessed and fortunate that we were able to work with her. Seriously, she was an absolute Godsend. In summary, do not waste time with anyone else.
