We recently moved into our home. I think the panels were last cleaned in Fall 2024. After checking…read morewith the company that installed the panels and finding out their price to clean them was more than twice as much as Solar Scrub, I went ahead and booked with Jonathan. He and his assistant did a great job on cleaning the panels, which were quite dirty. It's been 3 weeks since they were cleaned. I track their energy production on a daily basis and the newly cleaned panels are producing about 20% more energy than they were before I had them cleaned. We will definitely use them for our twice annual cleanings from now on. I will mention that Jonathan did not arrive at our set appointment time. It took him awhile to text back to my query about whether he was still coming, but that was because he was running behind on an earlier cleaning and up on the roof, unable to text back immediately. I don't want to give him less stars for that because I feel that was a legitimate reason for the delay.

I had taken the day off specifically to be home for this appointment, and it turned out to be a complete waste of time. If you're looking for a company that respects your time and honors their commitments, I would not recommend Solar Scrub. Extremely unprofessional experience.

I got an amazing quote and immediately scheduled the work. They cleaned each solar panel, cleaned the pigeon nests out from behind the panels and they attached the critter guard. The before and after pics are amazing how clean they got them. I will set an alert for them to do regular cleaning every year. The evicted pigeons just flew to the neighbors roof and are quite happy. One last thing I'll mention is that the daily solar output improved measurably after they cleaned the panels. I highly recommend Premier Solar Service.

The netting was falling off and wasn't all the way to the rooftop tile so there was a gap that birds could still get under to get to the panels. They arrived at the time they said and worked quickly and efficiently. Cleaned under the panels before installing the new netting and cleaned up and moved items back when finished. I'm very happy with their work and quality of the new netting should be quite a bit better for preventing issues. They provided pictures of the completed work and were professional at all times. We will also use them for our solar panel cleaning in the future.

Unfortunately, I paid him $1,200 for cement cleaning and sealant services that turned into a disaster. He said we could drive on the driveway after he applied the sealant.
