They get 4 star, because they gave us a discount for the miscommunication regarding the timeline…read more Wendy was great from the beginning, guiding my dad through everything, but I guess they use subcontractors and there was huge discrepancies in the timeline. Saturday the arrival was 3 hours earlier, we worked around it and tented our building, they said they would return Monday. But Sunday evening at 6pm I get a call that someone is there trying to enter our gated business and that I had to go open. Mind you, I'm on the other side of town and nobody said anything about Sunday at 6pm? Especially, when they had clearly said they would return Monday morning, so frustrating. I obviously did not open and Wendy apologized for the inconvenience. It appears they used a subcontractor, which is fine, but they need better communication on the timeline. This is LA, it takes a long time in traffic to get anywhere in LA, we don't have time for timeline discrepancies. Other than that, the job was fully completed and the employees were nice and respectful with my dad.

Timo was the third exterminator I hired, and honestly, finding someone who will actually take the…read moretime to thoroughly inspect a property and locate every entry point is rare these days. I only wish I had found him earlier so I wouldn't have wasted thousands of dollars elsewhere. Out of six different inspections where I was told my house was fully sealed, Timo was the only one who actually went into the crawl space, got his hands dirty, and found the real entry points that others completely missed. If you're dealing with a rodent issue, don't waste your time or money -- call Timo first. Thank you Timo for giving us our sleep back!

Recently, I thought I heard scratching and noticed a smell in the attic, so I reached out to him again. He came out, did another very thorough inspection--checked the attic, crawl spaces, everything--and found no new rodent activity. When I asked what I owed him, he said nothing. No charge. Who does that? A year and a half after the original job, and he still shows up with the same level of care and professionalism. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare. If you're dealing with any kind of rodent issue, do yourself a favor and hire Timo.

It got so bad that it triggered severe OCD and constant anxiety. What made this situation even worse was discovering the source--open pipes that were never sealed, allowing rats to come straight from the sewer into my home. They were even chewing through my drywall. That's when Monica, Joey, Fransisco and the team stepped in--and honestly, they saved me. They were incredibly professional, always on time, and committed to solving the problem the right way. This wasn't a one-visit fix--they came out over 30 times to make sure everything was fully handled and sealed properly. Their persistence, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. I finally have peace in my home again. I can't thank them enough. Here's an honest take of pros and cons though: Pros: - Super nice service and the workers who did the tenting portion of the job even did their best to clean up and fix up our landscaping since we had to rake away gravel and mulch to make this work. - Very competitive pricing, and was actually one of the lowest ones we had out of the few companies we quoted. - Billing is via credit card without any fees, so that was a nice change from the typical check asks. Note handled via phone in terms of credit card billing. Cons: - We still had a few broken tree branches after tent removal. Not removing any stars for that, but more of a watch out to any homeowners who have landscaping or are particular with their gardens to be sure to do all the necessary prep work and hire landscapers after the fumigation to ensure everything is back in order, because your landscaping will be changed up for making fumigation work (or at least that's what happened to our house). We had to do some extra work to shovel our zen garden. - Office was fairly hard to get a hold of. Any messages or emails often don't get replied right away.
