I got my car interior detailed by Victor today. I messaged him today, he called me back shortly after and scheduled me for later today. Super easy! 5 stars on communication and ease of booking. I don't know if pricing was great or not as I genuinely don't know much about detailing. His basic interior detail pricing was $130 plus another $20 for the pet hair, but I don't know how that compares to other "basic details" by other businesses as they all seem to include something different. It was supposed to be more but he worked with me on price which I appreciated. Based on the work done I think pricing seemed reasonable, though again I don't know much about detailing :) They left my car looking really good and really clean, and he also did my wheels and running boards at no additional charge while I was there, which I really appreciated. He got most of my dog hair out which was impressive as there was quite a bit. The seats looked really good (leather). I'm not sure if they did anything to protect or condition the leather but they looked pretty clean!! They cleaned the inside of the windows but not the outside. Victor was really nice and you can tell he's passionate about his work. He's willing to work with you and just wants to make his customers happy. Overall great and easy experience. Incredibly unprofessional. Repeatedly called and texted me. Asked for feedback and then vented at me on text. He said if I didn't want to give him a deposit to set up an appointment (which I've never heard of for this sort of thing) I would need to call within 48 hours of when I wanted him to come by. He repeatedly called and texted me. Eventually I told him I was going to go with someone else. He asked for feedback on why. The resulting text messages are in the attached screenshots. This is propably the 5th time I have used Victor and finally got around to reviewing him. Will keep it short Pros - Rearlly great work with deep detail to attention - Top if the line tools (he literally has a polish and equipment to get to any part of your car) - Can't get better value than 30 for a hand car wash with polymer wax detailer Cons - Make sure he knows if you are in a rush as he spends his time doing the car - Victor can be a little car eccentric I don't think i will go to another detail shop again for my cars. Victor is shy and a little eccentric but he rearlly cares about the quality of his work so keep that in mind when reviewing him or looking at his reviews. Disrespectful. Continued to text and call me after I said no thanks due to him not sounding like he knew what he was talking about. Ignored all texts after I said no thanks, then offered to all of it for free- weird. Nothing is free especially not service from a "business" stating I was a "millionth customer" misspelled as well. I know this guy from a friend in the past who used to do hard drugs and after I did not answer his call, texted me from another number harassing me. I was very pleased with my car detail services provided by Vic. I contacted him the day of and he squeezed me in. My car had water damage and some mold from a leak. He educated me on the options I had to fix it. I brought my car to him at 9pm and it was ready at 6am. He was thorough and explained all of the work he did on my vehicle. I drive a 2010 Lincoln MKZ and have leather seats, and my car looked like new once he was finished. I was able to pay utilizing my method of choice. Did my car at night by spot light. Did it in the rain as well. Wasn't ready on time. Had to pick it up before work at like 3am due to my work schedule. This is done at his home. Tried to run my credit card before hand. I wouldn't let him. My hood wasn't done with the clay and then oxidation was still there. Plus he wouldn't redo it because he said I waited too long. He wanted to charge me again. Maybe I did wait too long however I work wack hours. I made sure to review him on face book and now on yelp. He text me non stop. There is something quite unprofessional about this guy. It is is home business. He didn't even have a cover to protect my car from the rain. I paid him in cash. Thank god. There after , I read he tried to run someone's credit card. I read it on his face book reviews. This is forewarn you all. read more

I had accidentally left some meat in the back on my car and then stench was terrible. I tried my best to get out myself but the stench just lingered. I thought I would give Vic's a shot. When I got there Vic was as very informative and honest about what I needed to do to get the stench out. I ended up not having to use his service but he did provide me with the proper product needed to help with my problem. Poor experience...incomplete work, unprofessional, and took entirely too long to do the work that was done. Business claims to do commercial work but lacks proper equipment to do so. Vic was evasive about pricing as I tried to secure comparable pricing for work done at another location.. Finally agreed on a price and still left stains on carpet and tile dirty... He did offer discount if I agreed to finish up with Swiffer (as he reassured me that it would come right up) after solution had time to breakdown grime although it never came up. Owner also insulted me via text message after I told him I was dissatisfied with the work. Beware... He was more interested in getting referrals and offering discounts for auto detail rather than completing the job he was hired to do. Worst of all, I was quoted $80 and owner tried to con my supervisor into paying $160. read more

Wow! I just had 2 vehicles (an SUV and a minivan) detailed by Vic and he did such an amazing job at a very reasonable rate. He did shampoo and spot removal on all the seats and floors and they literally look like new again.
