I see in the unrecommended reviews below that others had problems with returns, but maybe the store has learned from that or there are new staff. I would not say that the staff was particularly friendly, but neither were they rude nor unaccommodating with me.

I've ordered a number or embroidered and printed items from this company over the past several…read moreyears and have been very pleased. I've watched their website evolve from a very simple site where you could only receive quotes via email or over the phone, to the more complex site that it is now. The whole personalization process and ordering process is automated now, which makes it much easier to order. The website could still use some improvements like a final design preview to compete with other sites, however that is just a small imperfection. In the past the turnaround time was a bit slow. Once it took me over 3 weeks to receive my order. However, the turnround time has improved and I recieved my last personalized order in about a week and a half. The only other negative thing I can say about this company is it seems to be geared around their embroidery service. There are no minimums on embroidery orders but if you order a screen printed items there is a 12 piece minimum. This is down from a 24 piece minimum so hopefuly they will eventually eliminate the minimum on print orders. What keeps me coming back to this company are the good prices, quality products, and great customer service. I haven't seen any companies with similar products, that can be embroidered (without an additional fee), at such reasonable prices. They have dicount pricing on larger orders and prices are actually discounted for any print design that is less than 6 colors. As far as the quality of the products, I've loved everything I purchased from them. The bags I ordered were durable and the shirts I have gotten, have been of good quality. Everyone I've spoken to at University Fashions has been very helpful and willing to work with me to meet deadlines so forth and so on. During this Pandemic I discovered that my Cherry Hill vendor had gone out of business and several other embroidery listings would not embroider on my new Medical Practice Coats. I like a variety of styles to change my MD office coats around and prefer a lighter weight non-traditional coat during the summer and a heavier coat during the colder months. As a female MD I don't like to have to wear white coats that were really designed for a male figure and I have discovered a few companies that design better for a woman and have unique configuration of pockets, unique buttons, and other details. I am changing and washing my coats more frequently during this pandemic and have seperate white coats now just for hospital visits and seperate coats for my office medical practice. I would say the only drawback is the shipping time (which they're upfront about on their website) and the wait time was well worth the wait. The apparel is premium material and the team name/designs were perfectly pressed. This is probably the best athletic/sports clothing I've ever purchased.
