This is my second tattoo with Summer and just like the first time, it was a great experience. I did a consultation session with her and explained what I wanted. The day of the tattoo, her picture was much better than I had in my mind. Once she got started and we got to talking, 2 1/2 hours felt like 20 or 30 minutes.
