Vibrant Occasions provided the catering for my 125-guest wedding on 11/11/2023. The food and service were absolutely divine!! Our cocktail hour included the mini-italian meatballs, cheese-stuffed mushrooms, Mac & Cheese 'Tini, and a large charcuterie board. For the entrees we selected the garden salad, bread rolls, caprese chicken, pork tenderloin with chasseur, stuffed acorn squash, harvest vegetables, tri-color roasted potatoes. For dessert we had the berry pana cotta, milk chocolate truffle, and our wedding cake. The big talk about our wedding was how wonderful the food was and how much there was! We were repeatedly told that the food was the BEST they had ever had and my husband and I completely agree! Everyone at Vibrant Occasions was a pleasure to work with! When we did our tasting, we gave feedback on the chicken and they worked to improve it and allowed us to return to re-try it and it was perfection! Let me preface my long-overdue review with this...having a "destination" wedding is very difficult when you don't know the area, the vendors, etc. But Leah and Serge couldn't have made it any easier for us! Our daughter was married at Legacy Acres in February, and we hired Vibrant Occasions to be our caterer for the event. We flew in for a tasting after NUMEROUS phone conversations and emails. Leah opened their headquarters just for us on a Saturday (when you know they're already busy as heck with orders) and we tasted many different food options from apps to entrees to sides to desserts. All were incredibly good, with great attention to detail, quality, and preparation. We went from originally wanting a sit-down 3-course meal to rounds of passed hors d'oeuvres, food stations, and a late-night snack. Again, Leah worked with us and our many changes, without complaint and knocked it out of the park! That girl has the patience of a Saint!! We started with the passed hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour, which included Bacon-Wrapped Cocktail Smokies, Spinach Artichoke Crostini, Mini New England Crab Cakes, and Cajun Shrimp Shooters. We moved into the "action" stations once the bride and groom arrived. This was fantastic as they set up stations on both sides of the venue to alleviate the ugly lines that we all hate so much at weddings! One side had Grilled Chicken Sliders, Ham & Cheese Sliders on Garlic Cheddar Biscuit, A Dinner Salad w/choice of dressings, House Made Potato Chips, then one of my favorites, the Macaroni & Cheese Bar with ALL the toppings you could wish for! The other side of the room had the taco action station where they served Korean BBQ tacos, Chili Lime Shrimp Tacos, a Vegetarian Taco, and of course a few sauces to accompany them. And the tacos were made to order!! Even had a Vegan option - the Stuffed Zucchini Boats! But my favorite part of the night was the last action station, which we opened at 9:30 pm... The late-night snack, which after dancing and drinking for hours was FANFREAKINGTASTIC!! Cheesesteak Sandwich baby! A Shaved Black Angus prime strip steak seared with fresh peppers and onions on a toasted hoagie roll topped with Jalapeno Cheese Sauce served with a side of Rosemary Au Jus for dipping. HELLO LOVER!! They even brought their mobile kitchen to Legacy to ensure the food was hot for our guests! As you can see from the pictures provided, the food was incredible! I cannot thank the team at Vibrant enough for all they did for our daughter's special day. From Leah/Serge to the servers, the cooks, the runners, etc. All were professional, prompt, polite, and extremely skilled in food service. Vibrant Occasions is absolutely amazing! From the initial conversation, through the planning process to the actual event - Mary was so kind, very responsive and helpful in our planning. Conversations with her were never rushed - and she executed our ideas beautifully. Vibrant Occasions catered our daughter's wedding rehearsal brunch and the reception. The food was delicious! Not like typical catered food at all - but much more like a high end restaurant where people excitedly tell others they have to try the food! And the presentation was outstanding. From cute signs so guests know exactly what they are eating to the gorgeous tiered tables full of food - they are truly exceptional. The catering staff is courteous, attentive and so pleasant. They add so many extra touches as well. You will be absolutely smitten with both the service and the food of Vibrant Occasions. What a caterer! What a meal! What a professional and amazing team! We planned at 200 person buffet style dinner for our daughter's May 2024 wedding. For some reason, I just expected any caterer we hired would provide 'banquet like food' and really didn't have high hopes for an outstanding meal. I WAS WRONG. Our meal was set up quickly between the ceremony and reception, while staff was also treating our guests to appetizers. The pork medallions and chicken were SCRUMPTIOUS and JUICY...not dry at all. The vegetables were not overcooked and limp but retained their vibrant colors and had just the right amount of snap in between our teeth. And the loaded potatoes! Everything was HOT and not a lukewarm mess. The team members were professionally dressed and personable while interacting with guests. I own a small business and know that team members can only be as good as their boss/owner; so the owners have to be TOP TIER because their teammates are TOP TIER. I could go on and on but I think I have made my point. We plan to have several large family gatherings in the next 12 months and I already know who to call. read more

Delicious made-from-scratch casseroles / sides / salads / desserts / other fresh offerings ready to heat & eat! What a wonderful timesaver when I'm on the road or on my way home. Just bought a huge German Chocolate Cake for a family birthday & it was divine! Casseroles containing white meat chicken are my faves ~ but the pork & beef entrees are great too. We used Vibrant Occasions to cater our company event and I am so glad that we did. The staff was respectful, diligent, and accommodating. If I had a question, my email was answered quickly. The food was excellent. I did not receive one negative comment which is almost unheard of with a group of 100 or more. We were very pleased and will call on them in the future. read more

We hired Vibrant Occasions to handle the catering for our wedding, and I couldn't be more happy with every aspect of their services! Their food offerings alone are fantastic, and it was truly hard to narrow things down to just a few items, but we went mostly with southern comfort foods with a few passed items during cocktails. The staff was amazing with all of the COVID restrictions and adjustments, and I was super impressed with how prepared they were for LITERALLY anything, and how professionally they handled themselves while also remaining super personable - it was easy to forget that we were separated by masks and plexiglass! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS, and everything surpassed my expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I was even checked on twice to make sure I'd had something to eat or to see if I wanted them to make me a plate, because I was running around chatting with people as brides do. They were awesome with helping with the cake cutting and serving as well. At the end of the night they sent us home with a big bag of perfectly packaged leftovers to eat later, and we were so greatly for it the next day when we were absolutely exhausted from the week before. Our company used Dinner's Ready for our employee appreciation picnic. The set upwas amazing. They had different decorated stations which included fagita bar , quesadilla bar, ice cream sundae bar, drink station. Our staff really enjoyed the food specially the fagitas and the ice cream bar. They talked about the live chefs cooking for a few days. read more
