We had our company party at the venue and every step of the process was painful, to say the least…read more The owner would never send an agreement and allow us to pay a deposit to hold our date. He assured us that he "had us down" and our date was set. A couple of months later (still 4 months out from our party date) he called to let us know he had given our date away because "he had not heard from us." After we reminded him that it was he who insisted on not having an agreement/deposit, he kept our date but then our prices started being a lot higher than we originally discussed. He continually forgot several things we had agreed on and would say "I did not have that in my notes." He insisted he would need to charge us for a helper during the event, but when I pressed him on what specific items he would need help doing during the party, he could not give me one. Months before our party we agreed that we would rent the tent, use the barn, as well as the bottom two rooms of the Castle. During our event, one of our guests went to use to restroom below the Castle and was treated rather rudely. The owner insisted that he had not agreed to allow us to use the bottom two rooms. Every step of the process of planning our party was made difficult by this man. The property is beautiful, but do yourself a favor and have your party elsewhere. You will be saving yourself the grief of dealing with this man.

We were told that the horse being used is tired. We wouldn't have minded switching out for another horse. Unfortunately, we won't be returning or recommend this place for that reason.

This place is extremely expensive for what it is. This place is good for kids, but it's not…read moresuitable for adults. The skates have zero padding and are extremely uncomfortable, the ice was rough, and there was little information given upon arriving at the front desk. We spent a decent amount of money to ice skate and rollerblade. What we were not told was that inline rollerblades are an up charge. The rollerblading area smelt awful. It definitely took our breath away. This facility doesn't seem well taken care of, especially for the price and up charges.

I was visiting Little Rock so this is not my home rink. It has a nice floor. I like that they have…read morea rink ref. Also they swept the floor DURING a session which I thought was amazing since I have fallen before when my wheel caught a little piece of toy on the floor at a different rink. It's also a decent size rink so that was nice and they have adequate seating. I did NOT like the fact that they stop sessions to let people speed race around the rink .. mostly little kids. It took a full half hour and it seemed like he was begging people to come participate anyway. I paid money to skate not watch little kids race. We went on Friday and Saturday nights. To me, they should hold that at other times not during open skate or at least make it earlier in the session. Also they are VERY expensive. They are the only rink around it seems without having to drive an hour so I'm assuming that is why they charge so much. They also don't clean their skate wheels. I travel with my own skates but my partner had to rent. They were caked with dirt. I asked for basically anything to clean them with and they had nothing. No wipes or alcohol. He just sucked it up and skated. So definitely take your own skates if you go.
