There should be a choice between wonderful and I need help. One of my hearing aids was redone, and the fit is much better. I have to place the aid just right in my ear, or it hurts. Some days it is hard to do, but I doubt if the fit could be any better. Do I need to come in? I don't know. The attention I have received at Vibrant is great though. read more

i have been fortunate enough to be able to use the services of vibrant hearing,missoula since about 2018. each and every person i have come into contact with is highly professional and caring. even though we have not lived in montana for about 3 years now....i will still gladly make the 3-4 hr.drive to their office if needed. in the meantime, i have only had to mail one of my aids in for "tune up/repair" without any problem. i highly recommend these folks.......just wish they had an office here in idaho......maybe someday? read more

I was fortunate enough to be "gifted" a pair of Starkey hearing aids from dear friends. He had gotten them from Vibrant so I have kept in touch with them for any "services" I have needed. I have found the folks at Vibrant to be very patient and helpful over the several years I have had these......no complaints. We have even moved out of state but I still stay connected with them for minor repairs and cleaning as needed. Would definitely recommend them...........am even planning a trip back over there with a friend of mine who is in need of hearing aids and willing to travel the (6) hours round trip to get them from Vibrant. read more

I'm a VA patient and VA paid for my hearing aids. I had tried the Bluetooth connection to my phone and was not happy with it -- mainly I did not like that the signal would randomly 'drop out' for a few seconds at a time. I was in Missoula one afternoon (3/14/'23) and, without an appointment, dropped into the Vibrant office. A lady told me that Oticon had a 'new' app that would prevent the 'drop out' and I asked her to install it for me 'cause I'm smart phone challenged. I was in the office for 20 minutes, including 4 or 5 minutes in the beautiful waiting room. Total. The lady did not touch my hearing aids, only took my phone and installed the updated app for me. I went on my happy way. Well, my phone continued its random dropping out. No change. And then -- VA was billed (and paid!) $756.94 for 1. Hearing aid check; binaural (92593) 2. Fitting/orientation/checking (V5011) 3. Fitting/orientation/checking (V5011) 4. Office or other outpatient (99213) And then, a week or so ago, Vibrant phoned telling me it was time for a checkup. I asked if it was free; was assured it was. Two days ago I went to the appointment, asked if it was free, and told it was. After a short pause, the person continued with, "VA is paying, so it doesn't cost you anything." I related my story to her and told her I am cancelling this appointment. Then I came home. I went to Vibrant Hearing in Hamilton to get fitted for new Phonak 90 audeo paradise aids. "Salesman" quoted me $5000 for them, but suggested I try a Resound aid for the same price. I took his suggestion and bought the Resound. They did not improve my hearing at all compared to my old six yr old Phonak hearing aids. Went back to exchange them for my first choice which was the new Phonak 90's. He said no problem, but they would be $2000 more. What??? Are you kidding me!!! Obviously I did not not purchase the Phonak from him. After a back and forth with the salesman and office manager they offered to refund my money which I received in 2 days. 0 rating for the salesman. I believe he is was just trying to make extra for himself verses having a satisfied customer. I give management a 4 rating for rectifying the problem. 2 weeks later I purchased the Phonak 90 audeo paradise model for $5000 from another business in Missoula. They have really improved my hearing!! read more

I've dealt with Vibrant Hearing for six years now. I took my mother there every few months to have a hearing aid inserted in her ear canal. Even though Helen didn't sell the hearing aids to us, she provided this wonderful service for my 90+ year old mother. I've had my ears tested there and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have not needed hearing aids yet, but they will be needed in a few more years. I have been extremely happy with the professionalism, courtesy, humor and empathy of the members of the staff I've had the privilege to deal with. Most unprofessional experience I've ever had. Made an appt. to have my ears cleaned and tested. Was told by the tech my ears didn't need to be cleaned before the test. After testing was pressured into buying right now. After saying no he called a person into his office to clean my ears. she came in with a pick and a napkin said she could only clean one ear because the other was too impacted. Went to a different dealer who would only do the test AFTER my ears were cleaned. Needless to say the test results were quite different. Do not go to Vibrant Hearing for your hearing needs. Vibrant Hearing does a tremendous job at marketing. They sponsor everything they can around town. It's something that, when put in the context of my experience, makes a great deal of sense. The audiologist I saw about a year and a half ago, after suffering sudden onset single sided deafness, was very friendly and terribly unhelpful. They're a Veterans Affairs approved provider of regular, over-priced, noise amplifiers. The woman who attended to my visit, had no offers of advice, knowledge of a recovery or adaptation plan, knowledge of up to date devices outside of the slick "new car" style sales techniques of the typical audiologist. But fear not, after the audiologist told me there was nothing she knew of to do for such a case, the clinic happily billed the taxpayer for 15 minutes of diversive conversation. If you just need a hand buying a piece of junk you could pick up at Costco, but for more money and with friendlier smiles, head to Vibrant. I'm not saying this is unique to Vibrant, but do shop around if you find yourself at a similar point in your life. read more

When service is exceptional and support is phenomenal, why price check. Go where that's their only job. You can go to Costco and get someone who may also stock canned goods to sell you hearing aids but you can't do any better than to go to Vibrant and get tested properly, fitted properly and taken care of after that.
