I was finally referred to Virginia Mason in Seattle. After almost 20 years without many sinus issues, I had a large polyp picked up on a C T scan for something else.Its now cutting off my air flow and causing issues. I called for an appointment only to be told that I was banned from the office because I had missed 3 appointments in my lifetime. The receptionist dated one of the missed appointments over 20 years ago. Because of my history, I have probably had close to 100 appointments there. At that time, I was fighting for my life and traveling 80 miles to and from appointments. So I may have missed a few appointments. I would gladly go somewhere else, but there is nowhere else! The office manager won't take my calls or return messages. I am a Medicaid patient, which may have something to do with it.

I have never had any problems with this facility. They handle all types of ear, nose and throat issues. I have been wearing hearing aids for years , that is what happens when you don't wear ear protection on construction job sites for many years. Definitely would recommend this place. Then a week later a septic suture opened and we learned it was improperly cleaned and closed. I spent another week in the hospital follow by 12 weeks of wound care.
