I've suffered through having Viaero for almost three years now. To repeat what others have stated: "I wish I could give zero stars" because I could, I would, if it were possible.
They'll start by padding your bill with unwanted phone insurance coverage (which the deductible is more than the cost of the phone in most case). Many of their 'flagship' phones would be 2nd line players with any 'real' carrier like T-Mobile or Verizon.
Once you get started, there's where the real fun starts. Your internet connectivity will be constantly down, you'll call, they'll say you're too far from the tower (I can stand on my front porch and see mine 1561 meters away). Then when you get connectivity, you'll be throttled constantly per day and then monthly. Then if you call back to try and find out information about your data usage and throtting, you'll get the only free thing Viaero offers, dumb looks, peppered with a healthy serving of "I don't knows".
I cannot wait for my StarLink package to arrive so that I can drop these morons, and port my numbers to google voice. Yes, I'll pay more, but the feeling of kicking these morons to the curb is priceless.
