Yes, the whole timeshare sales pitch sucks; however, I've now been an owner for years and it's well worth it. The properties are all in great condition and I've had great experiences! I do check for comparably-priced, similar quality places before using my points, but I've been able to use them for great deals in Hawaii, Sunriver, etc. I bought every other year points and that has worked out to be the correct amount for me to enjoy a week at one of the resorts. There are last minute deals too (both nights in the program and weeks at outside properties). Unlike some other points programs, this isn't a "right to use" program, it's shares in a trust that holds all the properties, so you don't get the same massive overselling happening. Yes, for some of the prime properties in the most popular weeks, you may want to book a year ahead to guarantee certain dates, but I've never had trouble finding a suitable property to book when I wanted to. read more

VI was great until they were bought by Westgate. We have had a timeshare since 1989 and receive a bill in the mail for fees. All of a sudden we are getting harassing phone calls saying we didn't pay our bill. Upon further investigation I found out that Westgate sends out one invoice containing the amount due for all contracts (some owners have 10 to 15 contracts) and they now want owners to pay each line item on the invoice with a separate check or go online and pay each one separately. None of this was explained and although the money was paid, they wont credit it to the right account because it came in one payment. I was told by a representative that it's tough luck for the owners because that is the way Westgate wants it. And she actually said, well the good news is that your contract expires in 2030. Obviously Westgate could care less about the owners. read more

**DO NOT COME HERE.** I really wish I had read the reviews before driving all the way to Vancouver for this "presentation." Our experience with Albert and Byron was incredibly uncomfortable and hostile. This was supposed to be a presentation about VI Resorts -- not an interrogation. Albert repeatedly pressed my partner and me for personal information, including where we work, what industry we're in, where we're located, and other employment details. When I answered vaguely because I didn't feel that information was relevant, his demeanor immediately changed. He told us we could just reschedule because the "point of the meeting was to get to know one another." No. We came to hear about a vacation package. Why do you need detailed information about my employment and industry to explain what you're selling? I answered his questions but eventually told him to drop it because I was uncomfortable with how much he continued to pry. At that point, he decided to walk us out. I made sure to get my $40 deposit back before leaving because our time had already been completely wasted. Byron was no better. While we were explaining what happened, he rudely interrupted with, "He was doing his job." If making potential customers feel interrogated, pressured, and unwelcome is "doing his job," that tells me everything I need to know about this company. They also reminded us that "we chose to be here." Yes, we did -- and that was our mistake. I would NEVER recommend VI Resorts to anyone after this experience. If you encounter them at a fair or event offering vacation packages or incentives to attend a presentation, I strongly suggest reading the reviews first and knowing exactly what you're signing up for. We drove all the way to Vancouver for this and left feeling like we dodged a bullet. read more

We "Won" a raffle from a fair for a "trip". We were offered to come in for a 90 minute presentation for the short trip. However we had to sit through a presentation which we didn't even get to see. The presentation room was loud and we had a difficult time hearing Byron. He suddenly began to tell us how we chose to be there and to actually show some interest. Byron suddenly got very upset and continued to tell us how we did not need to be there and we can walk out at anytime. We felt extremely uncomfortable and walked out. He followed us out and mumbled something we did not hear. He said he'll mail us our "gift". I told him he was being rude and from what I heard it sounded like "yeah, whatever." We will never return and we will tell our friends to never go as well. read more

One star is too many. I would give -1000 if I could. On July 8, 2026, my family and I recently to a trip to Las Vegas. It was partly a vacation and partly a business trip. My wife booked to stay at Circus Circus. When we first arrived, we were looking for the hotel registration and she asked the wrong people. She asked someone who threw a timeshare pitch with Westgate Resorts/VI Resorts. Because of the free slot play and other offers, she bout into it hook, line, and sinker. She paid $50 that was only refundable if we attended the time share presentation at the Westgate. The next day we attended the presentation which was okay but we were not really interested in purchasing. After the presentation, a lady name Jay Ann was really pushing to get the sale and kept making counter offers when I kept saying no. I should also mention that she was flirting with me a lot with I found unprofessional and my wife was getting angry about. Finally they made us an offer for $157 a month and she said that we would not be charged until October and she clearly said that we would not have to pay anything that day. We reluctantly agreed. Just as we left the Westgate, the charged our debit card, putting our bank account into a negative balance, and nearly ruining our vacation. Luckily we were able to contact a friend who loaned more money. Fast forward to July 23. We learned that the wait till October was a lie. They attempted to charge us again but there was no money in the account. I called VI Resorts to cancel it and I was told that it was too late to cancel and my other option was to sell the time share to someone else. Then someone else told me that in order to get out of this, I had to pay $3,500 up front. I told that idiot, "if I don't have the $150+ they wanted right now, how the hell can I afford $3,500? Make it make sense!" This is a total con and a scam that should be illegal. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to see what else can be done. Westgate Resorts/VI Resorts are thieves. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

The staff was judgemental - the first guy that took us into the back was abrasive, rude and arrogant with his demeanor towards us. A true lack of professionalism. We were USHERED & QUICKLY kicked out of the facility (with gift) because we had our 17yr old watch out toddler in the car. We were told "no kids in the facility where things are held. Ok Cool, they hang in the car .. apparently THAT was not okay with THEM! Never accept the raffles of "free trips" they give out. Very unprofessional company that works with a third party to give out the trips. We majorly regret getting tied up with this time share. Their properties are super dated, no amenities, any property worth staying at gets booked up quick a year in advance, and whenever you talk to anyone on the phone, they are super rude or sound miserable working there. This company is a scam for sure! We were offered to come in on two different occasions and both times turned away. The first time they claimed they didn't have an appointment for us, which was not true due to having a confirmed appointment time emailed to us. They went ahead and honored our "free gift" without giving any information on how the trip even works. The second time they invited us with a confirmed appointment time. A manger confirmed we would be allowed to come back for a different trip. Once we arrived, after over an hour drive, they turned us away again saying we weren't allowed to receive a trip from them. Total waste of time. No one answers phones if you try to call and the overall attitudes of the people who work there is very unprofessional and not friendly at all. We will not be recommending this to friends and will fully avoid this company in the future. I wish I could put 0 starts because it isn't even worth 1. read more

Resort is spotless and beautiful. The staff takes service to a superb level. Facilities, food and service are excellent.

Terrible, terrible sales people. Their sales demo delivery is nothing but confusing, rushed, and very low talent. Their properties are crap, although they say they are renovated "every 3 years". Their S. Maui property doesn't even have AC! Not to mention their free trip if you go to their presentation.... The accommodations are equivalent to a Motel 6 or Days Inn! Total scam of a company, don't waste your time! read more

Through their new management company, Westgate, units are being rented out from under the owners, decreasing owner availability. For example, if I tried to rent two weeks first half of February on Steamboat during prime ski season and Steamboat winter Carnival, I could only do it on Westgate's website at $303.00 per note for a poorly maintained room. Combine that with the typical hard core sales presentations, difficulty of booking anything during prime seasons less than 1 year in advance and their over $10.00 per point maintenance fee and you can see why you should stay away from what used to be a wonderful timeshare experience read more

They trick you into thinking you have "won" a trip and then scam you into a timeshare presentation. Where to begin: we signed up at a golf show in Portland. The draw was free airfare, hotel and two tickets to disneyland and $100 in free restaurant vouchers. So we drove the 3 hour car ride up to Vancouver to hear the presentation and get our "free" Disney trip offer. We gave them proper diligence of their vacation offer, but decided in the end that it was not in our budget to "pre pay" for vacation time. They quickly got us out of the room and had us sign some paper declining the offer. They gave us a brochure/certificate for our Disney trip and we were out the door. Not high pressure. Once we got home, I began reading the "free" Disney trip offer. It required us to MAIL in (not email, but USPS mail) the voucher with $100 cashier's check for "verification". Verification of what? Then, the said that there would be a $120 administrative fee on top of that AND we'd pay all taxes and fees associated with the trip. Things seemed REALLY fishy, so I got on the Better Business Bureau website and this company had over 10+ complaints from the previous month alone, all with people demanding refunds and most of them were approx $1000. My wife and I decided that we would just pay for a Disney trip, since so many people were getting scammed by this so-called travel company. Very nice bait-switch and LYING by Vacation International. Here's the second piece. We thought, "well, they did give us a $100 food card to use, so that is ok I guess." NOT SO. This $100 food card gives you point to use at a VERY LIMITED number of restaurants and it only gives you point to purchase coupons off food, not pay for the whole thing. For instance, I can purchase $10 off a meal of $30. But the voucher doesn't cover actual cost of food. What a SCAM! Vacation International is the worst SCAM in the history of Time Share scams. We've sat in on time share presentations before, but we always got our free tickets or free vouchers for what we were told. We weren't flat out lied to. Vacation International flat out LIES to you. If you are supposed to get a free trip, the trip isn't free. If you are supposed to get a free food voucher, nope, you are still paying for your food. LIES, LIES and more LIES. read more

Do NOT fall for the "free trip" scam. The trips come with so many strings and extra "fees" attached - and only after sitting through such a distressingly awful 90 minute timeshare presentation - you'll wish you'd never crossed paths with this company. You'll be kept in a small room with blaringly loud, bad 80s music, with other couples being subjected to sales people shouting at them at times. The noise was so deafening I could not hear the sales person I was paired with. When you turn the first sales person down, they will send others over, and those sales people will get annoyed when you tell them you don't think their properties are especially nice. This was an hour and a half of my life I'll never get back. read more

They were very rude and turned down me and my boyfriend just because we have our baby with us. We won the trip at panda fest and had set up the appointment. The guy never mentioned that we weren't allowed to bring our baby with us. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Unfortunately my fiancé and I got scammed. We went to the wedding expo and we were asked to play a game "we won a Vegas trip". At first we had a feeling it was a scam but we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since it was at the expo center. Anyway here we are 4 months later still waiting for our money back since they made us go through another travel agency to "book". PLEASE BE WARE and Don't waste your time! The agents are typically unhelpful and not experienced with owner operation questions.

It isn't that what they are selling you isn't a good deal. It sounded really good. My review is of the way one is treated if they do not say "yes." 3 different men tried selling is their "deal." One by one we respectfully declined what they were selling. We made it very clear what our life goals are and that we were not there to do anything but hear their pitch. The 2nd guy was so rude I could not get past his attitude with us - "good luck in life" level flippant remarks. Very disrespectful. The last guy, "the big boss" he called himself. When we still declined his "bonus - only I have the authority to give you this deal" deal - his response - "times are tough out there." You need to know it was just the way he was speaking to us. Trying to make us feel badly because we were there to retrieve the free trip THEY called and offered us - I did not reach out to them. The trip - not free. We would have to "secure" the trip with $150 and then pay taxes on the airfare and stay. Additionally, the ONLY time you are allowed to go on the "free" trip is Mon-Wednesday. Not terribly practical for MOST people. There was the food voucher worth $100 but that is some sort of APP with BOGO. It just does not bold well with me that one is treated like we are doing them wrong, when we were supposedly the winners of a contest and they contacted us! RUDE!!! I will close with - I hope they see this review and I hope they stop treating people so disrespectfully. My husband and I made it clear the product was of interest but that is not why we are here today. We WERE interested in the product but we are not the type of people who spend thousands of dollars without thinking on it first-no matter the payment plan you are selling. I would encourage one to really consider against doing business with this company. **Note** we went to the location in Tukwila, WA** read more

Okay first off at the fair we were at the lady tricked us into thinking we could win a cool prize by playing a game she had. We won a trip to a selection of destinations which is cool, but you have to not only make a deposit for $40 & sit through a 90 min presentation. You get your deposit back when you go to the presentation. We were lucky enough to not have to sit through this talk and still got the trip and our money back. I think we only got out of this because my husband mentioned how rude he's heard the salesman act towards people who don't want to buy time shares & because I'm pregnant. I have no idea if they were going to be rude but all the reviews say otherwise. I just hate how companies try to rope you into something by not being up front in the beginning, granted they probably get a lot of business by luring people in the way the lady did to us at the fair. But we're pregnant so the last thing we'd want to spend our money on is a time share. read more

My review is no different than the rest. Same loud music, same strong arm sales tactics, same rude salespeople when the answer is no. I would like to call out the presenter Byron, he is definitely not as funny as he thinks he is. He does however give off that greasy used car salesman vibe. Our sales person Jerry I found a small amount less annoying. It's to bad Jerry turned out to be completely disingenuous. This place is a complete waste time. read more

We've been owners for decades and just recently (finally) made it to VI's Carriage House resort in Las Vegas. We were on the elevator with 3 other people, one couple who had just attended a presentation on the top floor, the other another VI member. The couple was complaining that the program probably doesn't work and wasted about an hour of their time and was going to give a "bad review." The other person rolled her eyes. I felt it was mine and my wife's duty to see if they did actually do that.... They did! I wish at that moment I took the energy to tell them that they are totally wrong but instead I closed my mouth and enjoyed another wonderful vacation provided by VI. It's a shame to see negative reviews from people who are talking bad about a company that's enhanced our lives so much. Our family has always stayed in great places thanks to VI Resorts! read more

TOTAL SCAM!!! Did not fall for it! I was really excited to hear I had won a drawing I entered for a two night trip to Leavenworth. My husband and I drove the hour to the Vancouver location to sit through an "up to 90 minute presentation." Honestly, we knew these were the strings attached, and had suspicions from the start. Clues were slapping us in the face from the very beginning: a locked entrance so they "let you in," blaring music and a disgusting cologne permeated office, and yes, proof of a major credit card. We sign in, fill out a short form, and watch the reception gentleman hustle to the back with our form. Salesman #1 comes to get us, leads us into a break room sized room with a wipe off board. We are offered snacks, soda and water and are seated at a table with Salesman #1. He starts in with all this weird, trying to be relatable crap like the worst salesman of a used car dealership, talking really quickly and standing up numerous times, showing us his tattoo of his daughter on his arm, photos on his phone, asking about our family, kids, etc.. He says about my husband, "Looks like you're ready for jury duty," our obvious bewilderment causes him to show us a photo of a grumpy guy about to go on a trip to Hawaii. That was so well received, he did it again. This becomes repeated banter making my husband and me look entirely boring and cheap for not being excited about travelling to exotic places like the photos on the walls, in addition to repeatedly saying, "You're just here for the prize, aren't you?" He repeats this stupid rhetoric, then launches into vague references of what they offer, not able to answer financial questions and we have to wait for the "numbers guy." They begin switching off, other salesmen visiting our table, strangely knowing we enjoy camping, guessing badly at the other sound bites Salesman #1 was able to share at the back of the room in between. An older guy approaches us, knowing we live in the country and blatantly lies about being a tree farmer, owns some 43 acres, 6 houses, etc..yet knew absolutely nothing about what he was saying, then returning, clearly after a Google search and saying he's only owned the property for 6 years and scurries away. More scribbles on the wipe off board from an "inspirational speaker," focused on being an awesome single dad taking his daughters and parents on numerous trips, and a repeated quote from Salesman #1, "If steak bites are an appetizer, you're a vegetarian, but they're FREE, you're gonna' eat them, right, because, you know, you're all here for the prize!" Hell yes, we were, and absolutely earning in here with our time and being bombarded. Out of the blue, the older guy comes running up the center of the room, quickly throwing down a brochure, almost inaudibly yelling, "someone just signed up...sign tonight, get this extra prize..." running out of the room. The SIX of us look at each other, maybe there is another room where these idiots are visiting in between??? Going on one hour 40 minutes, they all seem to see my husband looking at his watch and swoop in quickly, trading off more, finally sending the financial guy. Electrical Engineer, blah blah blah. More guilt, much much much more! "Don't you want to leave a legacy and will it to your adult children?" not on the form, obviously info gleaned from Salesman #1. He shows us the levels we can buy in, no, you can't take the brochure with you, no, you can't take a photo, you have to decide tonight for these deals, etc.. Pressure, pressure, pressure, then, " Ok, you have to sign this form to decline, and don't worry, your PRIZE is coming," with a grimace. Prize turns out to be BS also, mail it in or activate online, then you'll receive an emailed invitation to contact their reservations department, provide two travel dates, 21 days apart, 60 days away (told on phone and in person we have 12 months to book), then 30-60 days before vacation, a travel rep will contact us to give us upgrade info. 14 days prior to vacation, a voucher will be sent to use at check in. Arrival days Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only. The $50 dinner gift card is for their included restaurants only, and the $150 spending money offered for booking our sales horror night within a week??? That's a rebate once you spend the $$$, after your trip. REALLY??? At the bottom of the "prize" brochure: "Howard Johnson, Fairbridge, Choice, Best Western, and Darden's restaurants are not affiliated with Casablanca Express and do not endorse this offer." Not honest from the beginning, disingenuous throughout the entire evening, with a 2 hour absolute clown show, 2 hours of driving, leaving with the hopes no one else fell for this garbage, especially when they offer to take a credit card THAT NIGHT (the only night for the great deal, right?) read more

Husband got a call saying he'd won a "free" trip to Vegas for 2. Just have to sit in on a 90 minute sales pitch. We never win anything, so we were skeptical if this was true or not. Needless to say, after reading all these comments with similar winnings... I am glad we did not go! Kind of curious to see how rude the salesman are honestly. I feel like I'd get a good kick out of it, but also scared that they have my husbands info. We are preparing for all the scam phone calls. What ever happened to giving people what you promised? I went there for a timeshare presentation when we got there. The manager Hawaiian guy I think his name is Paul was looking at me and talking to the guy at the front desk. So I thought he was talking to me so I said what and he rudely said I'm not talking to you. So I let that go and then at the end of the presentation, when we decided we weren't buying, he basically said that the guy that help me is going to be dead in 3 to 4 years and he never be able to help me again very high pressure not from the guy that help me from the manager of the Hawaiian guy, Paul and super rude. This is a review based only on wanting a free trip and nothing to do with their time shares. If you go into this experience knowing what to expect it isn't a terrible one at all. If you are honest and upfront they seem willing to get you in and out. You arrive to hear loud music and see other couples sitting in a lobby filling out papers. They one by one call you back into a room and lay on the friendly charm real thick. If fun music, talkative sales people and free store bought cookies really make you upset then don't go to this presentation. They talk and clap and cheer and tell you about their company and how it works. Make lots of jokes and try to get you to feel comfortable with them. It's informative and funny-ish. They let you know that they know people are there just for the free trip and it doesn't bother them... perfect! Just tell them you are one of those people and they won't want to spend energy on signing you up. Once we let them know we don't travel a lot and don't have any interest in buying a time share they immediately started chatting with us about fun vacations they have been on and showed us photos of their kids and generally just wanted to have a nice talk while we had to listen to the end of the pitch. They didn't try to pressure us at all. They wanted to know if it was money that was holding us back or if it was something else. They understood we didn't want to invest in something we don't do much of so they told us we could leave early. We were there about 1 hour and 45 minutes and it wasn't scary or intimidating at all. They gave us our $40 back that we paid to ensure that we would show up and then they gave us a brochure to apply to get our trip tickets to Disneyland. You have to send in a $100 money order that you get back later and then $120 for taxes on your two person two night trip with 2 attraction tickets. I have not yet done this but I had a friend tell me you won't get your $100 back until you go to another pitch during your trip... womp womp. If you are cheap like me and don't mind sitting through stuff to get a good deal on a cheap trip with budget hotel stays and a couple tickets to amusement parks and can just go with the flow it shouldn't be upsetting for you. If you are expecting an amazing free trip that is going to blow you away without buying into the time share dream you are going to be sadly disappointed. read more

I want to start by saying that I typically don't leave negative reviews. Everybody has off days, that is to be expected. However, this just really needs to be out there. I went because like most, I got a trip. My sales person was very kind. I just moved up to the area so I explained I really just wasn't in the position to purchase anything. He was respectful, but also tried to get me a better deal. As a former sales person, I can appreciate that. During the presentation, the speaker who I believe was Alexis, was very passionate about her job. However, her passion lead towards aggressive behavior and berating. After the presentation we spoke to our sales people again. At this point I heard loud voices and an argument happen between Alexis and another couple, I remember thinking "I'm so glad that isn't me." I wanted to ask for my sales persons business card so that after recouping what I need, I could call and ask more questions. He went and got Alexis to talk to me. This is when things went downhill. They brought a deal out for me because I have student loans, which again I appreciate. However, I still didn't feel comfortable. After expressing my gratitude but declining, she continued to make me feel worthless, uncomfortable, and like I wasted her time. She proceeded to leave me with a raise voice saying "if $25 dollars will break you bank, then hey." So not only was I embarrassed, but also verbally neglected. I wanted to get up to leave without my trip certificate, but somebody came to the table. I had started crying, which he noticed. I tried to control it but couldn't. On my way out my sales person was ever more kind and got me tissue. I couldn't bring myself to ask for his business card because I thought I would have an even bigger breakdown after how I was harassed by the speaker, Alexis. I called and asked if I could return the certificate, but they said I could recycle it. So I'll be taking to management locally, and corporately after my experience. read more

We are owner for the last 33 years and have enjoyed every moment of it. Super clean and modern.

The First Lady that talked to us was nice and thoughtful. Then comes Byron I believe, who instantly pressures who into buying it. He's so condescending, tells you he doesn't need the sale, yet keeps pushing. We told him we need a couple days to think about. Nope! It's now or never, " we're exclusive ". I've heard some dates are hard to book, you have to book way in advance. I don't know about y'all, but 40k is a lot of money to just do right then and there. But only needed 7k down he said. Something we wanted to look into, but he made our choice for us. I can't stand the slimy, lying, make people feel bad kind of used car salesman like this guys was. As soon as he sat down I wanted to leave. He'd say anything to get a sale. How about be honest with people? Instead he tries to get people to invest a lot of money within a few moments notice. read more

PLEASE READ - DO NOT GO! My fiance and I were invited to the time share sales pitch through a bridal show and we're promised a free trip to Vegas in return with no expectation for us to commit to anything. We wish we would have read these reviews before attending! We knew it would be a sales pitch but after kindly declining to sign up for the time share multiple times for financial reasons, we started to feel uncomfortable, pressured and disrespected. Maybe our expectations were too high, but regardless it is not worth your time to sit through 2 hours of a forcefull sales push for a "free" trip which isn't free at all. The free trip is actually $100 each for taxes, $75 each for reservation deposit, and another $100 deposit which is supposedly refundable after your trip. This "free trip" actually costs $450. Who knows what other surprise fees pop up along the way or worse for the people who actually do sign up for their time shares. We will not be going on the trip and we will never be going to a time share sales pitch ever again. Lesson learned! read more

Thanks for the helpful reviews! I received an email stating that I won a gift package then called McKenna at their 'award center'. The people at the sales presentation were great. I would hang out with them and I would hire them to sell for me. Giving a $50 coupon (off $100 of food at a select few mediocre-at-best restaurants) that they call a dining gift card* as motivation for coming in to the two hour hard-sell that they call a 90 minute presentation, LAME!** Thankfully we didn't sign away tens of thousands of dollars at 16+% interest to get points to go to the totally unknown resorts that the very dynamic communicators who presented the opportunity seem to get a lot of use out of. If you're going to sit through this presentation, know that you will learn NOTHING about what you are "buying". Instead, you get a pep talk about vacationing as a good habit and shown prices from $7k and change (they'll come down to this offer eventually) to $29K and change. Would you buy a house you've never seen based solely on a pep talk? A car? A gallon of liquid refreshment? OF COURSE NOT! Don't sign yourself into debt for vacations you'll likely never take at resorts that you have no ability to research prior to the presentation. You can't research the organization after, either, it's a hard sell then you're dead to them when you don't buy, no chance of buying at a later date. Hmmm, I wonder if their resorts are as good as they say they are... I'd encourage you to sit through this sales pitch. It would reinforce the value of taking regular vacations because Greg, especially, is very convincing and he's spot on, your life is too short, spend it with your loved ones in special places. Make memories. However, I'm going to recommend you DO NOT SIT THROUGH THIS SALES PITCH because this team of sales people is very good and what they're selling is an expensive mystery and you might just get sucked in. Good for you, BTW, for doing your research before attending the pitch. Between them requiring you to turn off your phone and putting you in a room with no cell signal (three bars as we left the parking lot, very strange) you can't do any homework in the meeting to figure out if this is actually above board. * VI, this review would not have happened if you'd represented this $50 coupon accurately (I wouldn't have attended your event, though... but you already knew that). Too bad for us your system of preying on the uneducated impulse buyers seems to be working as-is. ** I don't expect that the travel certificate will be on the up-and-up either but I'll update this review on the outside chance that it is. 6/26/17 EDIT: There's no way I'm sending a $100 deposit to the "travel agency" so I can pay high taxes and fees to go on a two day trip and, if other reviewers are correct, sit through another presentation in order to get my deposit back. I resent the bait and switch on the dining gift card and I resent that we were almost taken in by the pitch. Going on a vacation even if it was a good deal would be spoiled by the dark shadow of the financial disaster we dodged and the gift card we never got. read more

A few years ago I attended a time share here, paid my $100 for the Vegas promo they offered. I never received the tickets, requested a refund of my $100, and still haven't received it a year after that. Scam! read more

SCAM!!! My fiancé and I went two years to their time share pitch. They are very pushy and manipulative. They had an older couple who bought a package right away, and the second person was an army vet. We did. It end up using the package. Last year we were called again to attend their time share pitch. It was the same people, and once again an older couple bought the first time share, followed by an army vet. Guess what!? IT WAS THE SAME PEOPLE. They stage actors to influence your chance of buying. Their main boss, even told us when we left that time shares were not for us because we couldn't afford them, and that his bedazzled cowboys were worth more than what I make in a year. Don't support, it's a SCAM read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I received a call from "Evonne" (360-313-7005) Telling me that I won a trip to one of four locations; Phoenix, San Francisco, Reno or Los Angeles. She told me to come into their office for a 90 minute presentation for a $50 gift certificate to a nice restaurant...Blah blah blah. I jumped on yelp and saw the rest of the reviews and decided to avoid this scam. I called Evonne back to cancel our "offer" and to ask her about all of these terrible Yelp reviews. Evonne mentioned that these are 20 bad reviews out of 60,000 Vacation Internationale customers a year, and that I should check out the Better Business Bureau reviews instead. So I did, and the reviews were great. After some more research it sounds like companies can pay for a BBB membership, which probably helps shitty companies still sound legitimate. There are positive reviews out there. I respect that. But I have no idea why! We went to the meeting and were never given formal information to look over! You don't buy a ten thousand dollar contract on anything without formal documentation and ALL OF THE FINE PRINT! We were given a piece of printer paper with scratch numbers on it. That's it! Never a formal agreement of what is offered or how to use it! Not a thing. We were told if we didn't take the contract it would never be offered again. I wouldn't buy a car without shopping around or looking into other ones. I'd take my time! Who does this. Then our rep told us about using other vacation clubs and time shares! That he has bought into! That's a red flag! The place he works he can't even use completely! He himself has to buy into others!!! That is garbage! We are actually in the market of wanting to purchase something like this. But I want all the facts and figures. I want all of the information. We were then told they wouldn't answer any serious questions until we went into an office and agreed to a credit check for application. How ridiculous is that??!?! Scratch paper and Hawaiian shirts. Then they didn't give us our IDs back. My husband had to run back and get them because they rushed us out of a side door before we could even collect our things! read more
