Since we made about 90 kits, she figured it would be best for us to deliver them to an organization that assists those in need, and she found Foothill Unity Center. Foothill Unity Center is a multi-service agency that provides services to individuals and families in need. Founded in 1980 by Josephine Anderson, the center has become a source for food, health services, and crisis assistance to thousands of low-income families in the SGV. The place is clean and spacious and the staff were friendly and gracious for our donation. It felt nice to do something good for others and give back to the community. The security guard on duty was an absolute doll - polite, friendly, and respectful. He made our day as much as we made his. They accept donations of any kind and you can drop off during business hours 8 am - 4:30 pm Mon - Fri. I love this school for my kids…read more My two- and four-year-old enrolled kids have been enrolled each for about a year now and have learned a lot and have a schedule thanks to Happy Campers. I would struggle with implementing nap time when they were home with me. Something about being with other kids who all need to take a nap and know the schedule really helped my kids. I follow the school schedule even on weekends. It is a Montessori based school and they accept Options for Learning payments. There are a lot of Asian teachers and students enrolled. They even encourage me to start potty training my daughter. Their knowledge and belief that she is capable and ready makes me more confident to get started. Also, I have spoken to the parents of several kids who graduated onto first grade from the school, and they have each said their kid is at the top of their class and ahead.

I took my baby in for her vaccinations and she was eligible for 3 year shots so I requested those, however when i got the paperwork and was charged they seemed to have given her the 1 year ones and i didn't request that so like what the hell? Ya know? And I couldn't even tell them to do the right one because she already got her damn shots. Not paying attention and giving my baby the wrong shot, what if it was a really bad mess up and they gave her something that could've hurt her with their incompetence? Anyways my kitty girl needs a booster and they sent me emails to schedule one but i tried and the website was being weird so i called. They told me over the phone they were not doing vaccinations anymore??? Or something stupid I'm just annoyed because the lady who answered was rude and was annoyed that i was asking like I was stupid or something even tho they sent emails saying to schedule and nothing about this new notice only when I called was I informed. So yes can be affordable with a deal but YOUR SERVICE SUCKSSSs, frick this place.

I have to say, we saw a couple different places and we felt comfortable with the set up, the curriculum, the staff, and especially the atmosphere here compared to others. They were extremely accommodating and helpful! Our daughter wouldn't be so ahead in her development without Kokoro! It was hard to say goodbye but we know all good things come to an end, however, we will continue to be members of the Community Center to keep in touch with the amazing staff! Thank you everyone!
