It's a used things store making a profit off donations. There are signs that say no haggling but they have sales and specials just like the rest. Currently, a mask is required and only 7 patrons allowed inside the store. You may be asked to wait outside but what a treasure you could find while waiting! The front door is also locked but you can access the side door through the outside gates. My favorite thing to do is find an old piece of furniture and flip it. This is the place to find just that. I've found lots of new with tags items and a few from my favorite designers. The last trip in I spent $60 and walked out with maybe five shorts, six dresses and a few skirts. One of the skirts I found new and much more expensive at a few consignment shops the same day, I'm so glad I snagged it at goodwill! Like any thrift stores, it depends how often you come and when you come. I didn't find anything that was the color of the day, but with the season changing I could tell people had recently cleaned out their closets. This is a great location and should be checked out often!

An employee was loudly looking for the owner of a Tesla because my dog was inside the car, even though Dog Mode was on, the AC was set to 70 degrees, and the temperature was clearly displayed on the screen. I immediately explained that the car was in Dog Mode and that my dog was completely safe. What bothered me most was that even after the situation was clarified, there was still no apology for the way it was handled publicly. I completely understand people caring about animal safety, but situations like this should be approached respectfully and after actually checking the circumstances first. Tesla Dog Mode exists specifically to keep pets safe and climate controlled while owners briefly go inside stores. Staff should be educated about this before publicly accusing customers.

Lately, I've noticed their tagging methods create holes in their clothing. I've turned down so many items because of the damaged fabric in the middle of a sleeve or outfit. Their competitors prices are higher, but the clothing isn't damaged as the tags are placed in the seams. And they offer returns. Please Salvation Army, be more careful with your tagging so that I can continue to shop your store

Basketballs for public use are old and deteriorating but will still shoot (barely). Parking is around back. They were all clean and neatly organized i feel like this category always gets missed and the toys are crammed together in a pile. Their kids clothes were also so neat!
